| Malaysian Airways DH Comet 4 9M-AOD |

File Description:
Malaysian used Comets quite extensively using leased aircraft from BOAC and then buying the first five aircraft in the BOAC fleet. This one started out as G-APDD being delivered to the Corporation in November 1958. Acquired my Malaysian as 9M-AOD in November 1965 it was transferred to Malaysian Singapore Airlines as of December 30 1966. Service with the new almalgamated carrier lasted until November 1969 when in was sold to Dan Air and reverted to G-APDD. After spending some time on lease to East African Airlines as 5Y-AMT is was withdrawn after making it's last Dan Air flight in August 1972. It was broken up at Lasham in March of the following year. Safair for AI traffic. This covers all of the aircraft they currently do not have leased out. Representative flightplans based on observed movements, known operations and best guesses. Safair is an airline based in Johannesburg, South Africa, doing ACMI leases, short term leases to various airlines and contract cargo work. They additionally have two aircraft currently flying for the United Nations and one for the Oil Spill Response Lab in Singapore. Their aircraft can be seen worldwide. Painted on the 737-200 and 737-300v2 models by AI Aardvark and the HTAI L-100-30 and C-130H-30 models by Henry Tomkiewicz.

We have 2 takeoffs in Hong Kong (SAR), 1 in Macao (SAR), 5 in China, 1 in Mongolia and 1 in Russia. The only newbie to this pack is the Project Opensky Airbus 340. I really enjoyed flying this pack! We have surpassed 700 takeoffs/landings and 133,635 miles flown!

This was requested by Michael Martinez on the Official Project Airbus Facebook Group.
I would try making more Project Airbus A320 Family liveries that were requested from the Project Airbus Facebook Group. I haven't done one in a while.
I sadly couldn't find any high quality png transparent images of the logo, so I tried tracing it over a Flickr photo that is really high quality.
I also used my own custom font combining "Chamelton 10 Display Regular" font from MyFonts and "Bahnschrift Regular" font from Windows 11 (as one of the default fonts).
If you want to use my custom font, feel free to contact me via email and I'll send it to you, as well as the intent of using it! I would also try updating my website to include all of my "traced over photo" decals from all of my liveries, as well as a few extras from my drive that painters of all simulators and games can use!
