Opened on Saturday 8 August 1942, RAF Beaulieu was used by both the Royal Air Force and then later United States Army Air Forces.
During the war it was used as a bomber and fighter airfield. After the war, it was used for experimental work before it was closed in 1959.

This is a repaint of a Boeing 777-200LR, registration code VT-ALC, operated by Air India, the flag carrier airline of India, serving Asia, the United States, and Europe from two major domestic hubs at Indira Gandhi International Airport and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. The airline's logo, featured prominently on the tail of the aircraft, is a red Flying Swan with the orange Konark Chakra placed inside it. The colors signify vigour and advancement. Running parallel to each other is the Orange and Red speed lines from front door to the rear door. The brand name "Air India" runs across the tail of the aircraft in Hindi. Air India currently operates 8 B777-200LRs and 12 B777-300ERs.
This repaint has plenty of clear markings so if you enjoy exterior detail, then you will love this repaint. FS9 Alphasim's P-2v7 Portuguese Air Force texture (nº 4711 - The aircraft now lies at the Granja do Marquês Air Musuem near Sintra).Portuguese Air Force flew the Neptunes (the P-2V5, not the present model P-2V7, visual differences are the flat canopy , the absence of wing turbines and some other minor details) from 1960 to 1978, when they were replaced by the newer P-3P Orion. File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the MAAM-Sim B-25J 'briefing time', in the colors of an aircraft of the Dutch East Indies Air Force (ML-KNIL). M-464 served with the ML-KNil between 1945 and 1950, after which is was turned over to the Indonesian Air Force. It flew last in 1965, and came to the Netherlands in 1971. At present it is on display in the Dutch Air Force Museum in Soesterberg in the colors of this repaint. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.
