A word of warning! the 3D human figures are framerate killers if over used in a small area.

There a two files, colapts1.zip with the airport sceneries and screenshots, and colapts2.zip with the object libraries;
NOTE: this file, colapts2.zip, contains only the rwy12 and ez object libraries used in colapts1.zip and is only needed if you don't have already the rwy12 and ez-objects libraries used!
Alternatively, you could download ezoliv33.zip and all of the rwy12 libraries.

For users of Rwy12 Object Placer only. This collection of 50 ships
represents port facility vessels, tankers, container ships and other
commercially used ships. All ships have been done in Gmax and with
low polygon count, so they have only a small affect on framerate. You
can place them anywhere on the water surfaces of your sceneries.

File Description:
The collection is for users of Rwy12 Object Placer only.
The library includes 22 hot air balloons. All balloons
are 3D and done in gmax with a low polygon count for better
frame rate. The balloons are static and you can place them
anywhere in your scenery (don't forget to adjust elevation).
Flying by the balloons will give you a sense of movement.
The textures are made from photos of real hot air balloons
