This is a tutorial flight of a new aircraft type, the Cessna Citation Mustang 'very light jet'; from a 'cold and dark' cockpit at KSAN to its landing and shutdown at KSJC.
Capabilities and limitations of the Mustang as implemented in Flight1's payware product are explained and illustrated. Note: This tutorial is intended to be used in conjunction with Maury Pratt's Guidelines on Flying the Flight1 Mustang, also available in the Avsim Library.

| ILS Approach Editing Tutorial |

File Description:
This is a little tutorial (illustrated text in PDF format) on creating ILS approaches using ADE9x and getting them to work with flightsim ATC. It also contains a few notes on flying ILS approaches.
The reason I created this tutorial is that I had such a heck of time getting this to work (adding ILS approaches for runways that had none in the past, and getting ATC to use them), so I thought I might as well try to spare others following the same path some of the troubles and headaches I went through.
The tutorial is specifically addressed to FS2004, but almost everything in it should also apply to FSX.

This 40+ page tutorial is written in a step-by-step format based on LDS767’s Expanded Checklist. Captain Vallillo's real world "Golden Argosy" flight is interspersed throughout, offering real world perspective for the flight simmer. The tutorial includes charts and flight plans and is intended to assist the novice and intermediate LDS767 pilot.
