File Description:
I started this model around a year ago but quit working on it for some time due to trouble I had with the control wires. They do so many loops and curves that it was just impossible to animate them. I started on it again a few weeks ago and just removed the control wires. I decided to send it out as is and hope no one minded the lack of control wires. This is a historic flight created with various input from the internet to make the flight as real as possible. You are a captain of the famous Concorde registered in Air France colours. The flight is a routine return flight from Charles-de-Gaulle to John F. Kennedy iaw from John F. Kennedy to Charles-de-Gaulle that was on the daily flight schedule in the peak of the Concorde�s life before all the problems started. Interesting feature is the take-off at sunset and landing a few hours later after sunrise.

DHC-2 Beaver

File Description: Re-upload following Avsim hack. The piston powered Beaver is one of the world's better known aircraft. A true workhorse in every sense. Main cabin can seat eight passengers. Approximately 1700 DHC-2 aircraft were built over a 20 year period with the first flying in 1948. A later model in 1963 increased capacity and had turboprop engines. This model incorporates animated rudder, elevator, flaps and ailerons.The main model contains only 1131 polygons with a single texture file to ensure the absolute minimum impact on your framerates. There are three other models incorporated to give a total of 4 LOD models. It is designed specifically to enhance the aircraft population to use with the marvellous GA-Traffic programme by Marcus Brunner There are three textures included plus a paintkit in this zip file. A special thanks to Steven Grant for his kind permission to enable me to use his excellent FDE for this aircraft. This enables the aircraft to also be flown if you so wish. You will of course need to add a suitable panel to the folder. Designed with FSDS v2.24 Aircraft and textures by Mike Cronin
