I modified Richard Mohammed's DTW afcad file to activate Runway 22R at DTW. It seems to work allright. Aircraft takeoff on 22L and land on 22R. I would back up your current DTW afcad in case you do not like the modifications I made.

FS2004 Aerosoft EBBR AFCAD Update - 2013 v1.1. This is an updated AFCAD for Aerosoft Brussels 2007. It includes the current runway change: runway 02/20 was repainted to runway 01/19. It contains a modified AFCAD and a runway texture, so the runway has the 'visible' number also. NEW: Added the updated taxiway signs that were missing in the initial update.

If you don't want to go to the extreme of photo-real scenery yet would like to have runway edge markings you can use those simple objects placed over an apron or a closed taxiway along the side of the runway. They are provided in 2 lengths in sets of 1,2,3,4,5,10,20,30 for placement convenience.
