| EGCC Approach Update for new runway numbering |

File Description:
This update to EGCC will change the approaches for EGCC so that the new runway numbering is used.
This will mean that ATC will allocate IFR approaches to AI aircraft (and the user) for RW05L, RW05R and RW23R.
IMPORTANT NOTE - YOU WILL NEED AN UPDATED AFCAD for this file to work. There are updated AFCAD files for the simFlyers, UK2000 and default sceneries in the Avsim File Library.

This is a fix for the LTBA2009 scenery made by Serdar Nuzhet for FSX (ltba2009.zip). In the LTBA2009 scenery , the taxiway and runway signs are named according to the old charts of LTBA. -Runway 9R/27L becomes runway 10R/28L
-Runway 9L/27R becomes runway 10L/28R
-No changes to runway 15/33
-All applicable approach procedures updated
-All applicable runway signs updated
-No changes made to ILS frequencies as they did not change
-No changes made to runway lengths or taxiways.
