Air Madrid Summer 2004 v.2

File Description:
Air Madrid is a low cost airline, it's main hub is Madrid and flies to different South American and Central American airports: Bogota, Cartagena de Indias, Lima, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, Panama, Quito, Rio de Janeiro and San Jose.This is a second version of my previous flightplans for Air Madrid as they changed some flights.I did this set of flightplans, according to the information displayed in their webpage. As allways I have also included a zip file to be used with MRAI's installer or you can use ttools.

Braniff Airways DC-6B (N91311)

File Description:
A repaint for the payware DC-6B from Just Flight. N91311, Douglas serial number 45063, was a DC-6B purchased and operated by Braniff Airways in 1958. It was later aquired by the Ecuadorian Air Force in 1971, and WFU in 1978. It now rests in Parque La Carolina, in Quito. Being painted with abstract art, it is essentially a childs playground today. With the DC-6 Braniff Offered "High-Flying, High-Falooting, High-Speed Non-stop service between Chicago and Dallas" is what deemed the Braniff DC-6B services the "Texanaire". TAME (Línea Aérea del Ecuador) livery for DreamWings Embraer 170

File Description:
TAME "Línea Aérea del Ecuador", the state-run Ecuadorian airline, and Embraer announced at a press conference in Quito on Nov. 16th the signature of a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the acquisition of seven EMBRAER 170/190 family aircraft. Under the agreement, TAME will acquire two EMBRAER 170 LR, configured for 70 passengers, and one EMBRAER 190, configured for 98 passengers. The other four aircraft are options. This is a repaint of DreamWings (http://www.dreamwingsdesign.com) great EMB-170 in what those future TAME EMB-170 should look like, based on the current TAME livery. Registration HC-CES is fictional. This livery will be updated when the real livery and registrations are known. The textures are in DXT3 format without MIP-maps to avoid blurry effects.

Americana de Aviacion Douglas DC-6

File Description: Textures for Tom Gibson's Douglas DC-6 - repainted by Manfred Meyer. You need to download and install the latest Douglas DC-6 base pack with model, sound and panel from the website calclassic.com. These textures depict HC-ARK "El Pinguino" (c/n 42865) of Americana de Aviacion. This Ecuadorian Company leased and later bought this plane in 1968 and used it, among others, for flights to the Galapagos Islands. This DC-6 was the 13. built and originally delivered 1947 to American Airlines as "Flagship Texas" renamed later "Flagship South Carolina". American AL sold her 1960 to Aerolineas Peruanas as OB-OAD-545. From 1964 onwards she was in the hands of some U.S.leasing companies and goes then to Americana of Ecuador. They used the plane until 1970 and then it was broken up at Quito after 1975. The Lettering "DC-6 EQUIPADO CON RADAR" should be on the nose wheel doors, but unfortunately this is not possible at this FS model. So I put the text on the lower bow near the nose wheel bay.

LAN Airlines Airbus A320-233 (CC-COC) with Lighting Effects and Updated FDE

File Description:
LAN Airlines, S.A. was formerly known as LAN Chile and is based Santiago, Chile with its main hub at Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (SCEL) in Santiago. It also operates hubs in Lima, Peru Buenos Aires, Argentina Miami, Florida USA and Quito and Guayaquil Ecuador. LAN Airlines comprises LAN Chile, LAN Argentina, LAN Peru, LAN Ecuador and LAN Express. I delayed the release of this aircraft after seeing the recent release by Dave Wilkins of high-quality LAN Airlines AI Aircraft using the EvolveAI models. After downloading and installing them myself, I thought it would be a nice complement if the colors of this A320 matched the colors of David's LAN Airlines AI A320's, A319's and A318. I think the result is quite nice and hope you agree. This full installation package includes the Project Airbus A320 IAE V2 model and air files, a modified FDE (with permission from Peter Binamira of Project Airbus), A320 lighting enhancements and 32-bit textures. Uses default 737-400 panel and sounds. Please see Install.txt for installation details.
