Qantas is requesting proposals (Dec 2018) for design of an aircraft model or variation that is capable of non-stop flights over 10,000 nm for YSSY to EGLL and/or YPPH to KDFW and return service routes. This model is the best choice for Boeing based on real world data. The Boeing 787-8XLR "Dreamcruiser" will have a maximum range of 13,600 nm at FL450E (Mach .83) which will give her more than the desired capabilities, and will be the very efficient. This model (B788XLR) is based on the current 787-8 using weight modifications to increase the range without adding additional fuel tanks, and designed for luxury/comfort with only 161 paid passengers on board. Everything in this model is realistic to the best of my abilities. If Boeing creates this model, it will likely be very similar to this. The name is my own invention, as are all of the weight characteristics. Based on all of my extensive testing, there is no other aircraft capable of these requirements, to date. The 787-800 is certainly the right choice for Qantas if Boeing decides they will modify the original model to fit these requirements. In reality, there is no such aircraft as a 787-8XLR Dreamcruiser. Not yet, anyway. My data shows the aircraft is capable of long-range non-stop flights over 13,000 nm east or west at Mach .82 and above FL435. However, this can only be done by lowering the empty weight and using the full fuel capabilities designed within the original model. This simple modification cuts the total souls on board down to 176, with 161 paid passengers, 11 flight attendants, and 4 pilots in two shifts. Full fuel can now be used in all long-range flights which is actually not common for most 787-800s in service today (Fuel Managed). Ramp and MTOW remain the same, but because she flies higher than normal, and has less weight, she can cruise much further than any other 787. In reality, this is what the 787 was originally designed to do.

This Corrected Aircraft.cfg VERSION.7 dated OCTOBER 13th, 2003 Features the Following....
1. The DC-3 will now not level itself out on a coordinated turn
(This was the biggest issue and is now fixed)
2. Flaps now have a little more drag when used.
(Will realistically slow down for landings and you
wont roll down the runway so much)
3. Differential braking now has a little more power.
(Will realistically allow for tighter turns during taxi)
4. The DC-3 itself now has a little more power.
(Default version is underpowered and used up too much runway,
and.. Default version cruise speed was a little low).
5. Corrected Manifold pressure from 47" to 48" full power
(Default version had it slightly wrong)
6.Fuel is now down to 200 per tank
(Default has version was a little over)
7. All control surfaces, ailerons, rudder and elevators now have delay
(There is a certain lag time when flying a DC-3 and it now shows
with these corrections which delays your input to the controls)
8. Elevator trim is now fixed
(To much play in the default elevator trim , it is now fixed with
less play and also has a delay/lag effect)
9. Rudder trim now with delay/lag
10. Aileron trim now with delay/lag
11. Fuel Flow is now fixed, the DC-3 will burn 90 GPH instead of the original 118 GPH
12. Increased power scalar very slightly for correct cruise airspeed
13. Manifold pressure will decrease 1" MAP per 1,000 feet after 2,000 feet Altitude
13.Exactly 140 kias on full tanks at 9,000' ASL
14. Added Strobe Lights to the wings
15. Adjusted steering (just a tad) for better taxiing
16.Prop (rpm) and Power (map) throttles interact correctly
Took off some delay with ailerons and rudder
Removed some drag and pitch up from the flaps
Added more brake power to the differentials
17. Added a working NAV light to the Nose
I have also added a corrected DC-3 reference sheet". In the zip there are two aircraft.cfg's.. one is modified if you are already using the add-on for special effects.

File Description:
FS2004 Fly By v2.0. This utility enables fly by view when FS is in tower view mode.
New:
AI aircraft fly by view is now available. AI aircraft can be selected from the list and shown in fly by or spot plane view. Next/previous AI aircraft can also be selected with the key commands. Cycle AI aircraft fly by / spot plane view is available too.
Random options for horizontal (left-right) and vertical (up-down) viewpoint positions are added. There are two types of random: with constant and variable distance to the plane.
Parameters range now can be assigned. Therefore fly by period, relative lateral and altitude positions can be increased significantly.
Utility is provided with the keyboard commands.
Limitation of Functionality:
For user aircraft it is full-functional version which does not require any registration.
AI aircraft options are time-limited for the unregistered version of utility. Every time FS starts, you have one minute summary to select and view AI aircraft fly by.

The 757 has long been on my list of to do's to update. I finally got around to the daunting task of finding all new clips, redoing the whole cfg, and finding a whole new perspective of the 757. With ultra-Realism in mind, Ive created my best work
yet for the narrow body aircraft. You can clearly hear that this set deserves the title of being a Rolls Royce. All files were recorded in full stereo and all exterior files were recorded in very close proximity to give you the most realistic simulation experience possible. The signature of this engine is the mid-spool compression grind. When the thrust of this engine hits 85% you'll gear a nose-grating grind noise that lasts for the rest of the time the engine is at that level or higher. Same for the inside, just to a lesser excent. Recomended for use with the Project Opensky Boeing 757, IFDG v2/v3 Boeing 757 and any other model of the Tupolev Tu204/Tu214 that you can find, as these engines also power that aircraft. Please Enjoy

A high quality AFCAD2 for Chhatrapati Shivaji Int'l Airport, Mumbai, India. This AFCAD file is for the default FS2004 airport and has been built from scratch. The airport has concrete taxiways, remodelled aprons and full night lighting, including approach lights on all runways. All gates and cargo ramps have airline assignments. Using the crosswing runway technique, both runways can be used at the same time for take-offs and landings. Runway 14 features a holding area/turning loop, making aircraft turn arounds easier on that runway. The domestic terminal features 35 aircraft stands, the international terminal has 24 stands (18 for 747 sized aircraft) and the cargo ramp has 9 stands (all capable of holding cargo 747s). If you have lots of traffic flowing through Mumbai, this file will bring your airport to life. New in this release, Taxiways updated slightly to avoid AI jams, and now aircraft landing on runway 14 will no longer halt eastbound takeoff operations by taxying along runway 09 to get to the terminal. LAN Airlines, S.A. was formerly known as LAN Chile and is based Santiago, Chile with its main hub at Arturo Merino BenÃtez International Airport (SCEL) in Santiago. It also operates hubs in Lima, Peru Buenos Aires, Argentina Miami, Florida USA and Quito and Guayaquil Ecuador. LAN Airlines comprises LAN Chile, LAN Argentina, LAN Peru, LAN Ecuador and LAN Express.
I delayed the release of this aircraft after seeing the recent release by Dave Wilkins of high-quality LAN Airlines AI Aircraft using the EvolveAI models. After downloading and installing them myself, I thought it would be a nice complement if the colors of this A320 matched the colors of David's LAN Airlines AI A320's, A319's and A318. I think the result is quite nice and hope you agree.
This full installation package includes the Project Airbus A320 IAE V2 model and air files, a modified FDE (with permission from Peter Binamira of Project Airbus), A320 lighting enhancements and 32-bit textures. Uses default 737-400 panel and sounds. Please see Install.txt for installation details.

IBM PC VERSION ONLY. This file contains DLL's that are not Mac. compatible.
A total of over 1500 aircraft were built. With double slotted full span flaps (drooping ailerons) and 1000lbs payload, its STOL capability, along with having a float version with retracts, made it an ideal "Bushplane" with unparalelled performance from any contempory aircraft. Many Beavers are still in use today.
The model was built using Truespace 4.3 and Chris Wallace's 3ds to S3d converter. Photorealistic interior views are used with auto switching day-time/night-time main panel.
The model requires that you have the Tri default aircraft installed.
A few non-standard features have been included to improve the ease of operation.
1. nose wheel steering (the original uses differential braking and castoring nose gears)
2. an electric pump for hydraulics (optional on the original )
3. a simple GPS that can be slaved to the auto pilot. (unheard of during the production life of the original but very likely to be found on any survivng present day aircraft.
4. a transponder has been added to enable IFR flights

Pakistan International Airlines PIA Boeing 777-240LR v2 AP-BGZ "World Distance Record Holder", utilizing Project Opensky POSKY 777-200LR VC v2 model.This aircraft, whilst wearing Boeing's livery, as N6066Z, flew the world's longest distance flight from Hong Kong to London, the long way. It covered 11664 NM in 22 hours 43 minutes, to gain the "World Distance Record Holder" title. It was delivered to PIA as AP-BGZ, and along with the wavy flag tail livery, it also features a small sticker next to door L1, celebrating its title and record. That sticker is depicted on this repaint, after being extracted from a real world photo, and if you zoom in you can see it.Features full POSKY virtual cockpit,with all updates till November 2009.Contains ground service vehicles,tow truck,catering trucks,stairs,luggage loaders and containers painted in standard PIA colors.Contains all opensky updates till 2009 including virtual cockpit and tow truck.Updated .mdl and fde.Complete pack,requires no external downloads.Textures in DXT3 format to avoid blurring.Base texture by Jonathon Sze,repaint by Ahmed Ahsen,from Virtual PIA (WWW.VPIA.ORG)

File Description:
Pakistan International Airlines B777-240ER v2, registration AP-BGK, utilizing Project Open Sky 777-200 v2 model. It wears PIA's new livery, which will now be re-introduced to the entire PIA fleet in place of the provincial tail designs. While the basic livery remains the same, there is a golden stripe now under the green one, and the tail wears a large version of the Pakistani flag. The engine casings have the Urdu PIA logo on them. Part of the livery was to have 'PAKISTAN' written on the belly, but this aircraft does not have that yet and so it has not been added to the repaint to keep it as close as possible to the real thing. Features full POSKY virtual cockpit, with latest updates and custom sound. Contains ground service vehicles, tow truck, catering trucks, stairs, luggage loaders and containers custom painted in standard PIA colors. Updated .mdl and FDE.
