|
File Description:
"Swiss hangar" is a large repaint collection for payware and freeware aircraft that will give you the opportunity to fly over the FS 2004 swiss and european sky with aircrafts in original swiss livery. Every aircraft is perfectly reproduced like the original one. Drawing are based on the author photo documentation or from photos available on internet (Airliners.net, MyAviation.net etc.).
Hope you will enyoy my work! Happy landings!
This aircraft, Cessna C172 HB-CIS, belongs to AeroLocarno flying school ( www.aerolocarno.ch ) and is based on the "Aeroporto cantonale di Locarno" (LSZL) , in south Switzerland, near the italian border, ideal place for wonderful VFR flights over huge Alpi mountains and beatiful lakes. As the adversidsment clearly say (in italian and german) this Cessna is mainly used to make tourist flights.
It is strongly recommended the use of the payware add ons "Switzerland professional"by Flylogic, and "VFR-Airfields-Locarno" by CR-software for the most full immersion experience with this aircraft.

|
File Description:
DynaScene scenario based scenery file for Misty Moorings members and other interested parties. (Misty Fjords Scenery from www.fsaddon.com required). Provides background text, photos, and scenery for a temporary scenario. Story as follows: NEWS FLASH! 08/18/2005 - BUSH PILOT GROUNDED PENDING INVESTIGATION - KETCHIKAN (APX) - The alaska wilderness is no stranger to strange tales. At least that's how it appears in the case of a local bush pilot, Randy Morgan, who had quite a large one to tell.
At 6 PM on the evening of the 16th, Randy and one passenger took off in a Cessna 182RG from Maloney's Tavern on his way back to Ketchikan. "The weather was good and I had no idea what was about to happen" said Randy Morgan. "We had planned our flight to pass over Raptor's Roost and Punchbowl Lake before heading into Ketchikan when I saw it." (full text in download) - Makes use of Rwy12 libraries by Seev Kahn and Glen Gordon (included in download).

| De Havilland DHC 3 Otter Amphibian |
|
File Description:
IBM PC version
The De Havilland Canada DHC3 Otter was built in the mid 1950's as a workhorse for developing outback Canada. With double slotted full span flaps (drooping ailerons) and 2000lbs payload, its STOL capability, along with also having a float version with retracts, made it an ideal "Bushplane" with unparalelled performance from any contempory aircraft.
This model is fully amphibious and was built using Truespace 3.2 and Chris Wallace's 3ds to S3d converter for Fly! II.
The model requires that you have the Tri default aircraft installed.
A few non-standard features have been included to improve the ease of operation.
1. nose wheel steering (the original uses differential braking and castoring nose gears)
2. an electric pump for hydraulics (optional on the original )
3. a simple GPS that can be slaved to the auto pilot. (unheard of during the production life of the original but very likely to be found on any survivng present day aircraft. )
Enjoy.
