Project Airbus is proud to present the Airbus A320, version 2. Contains accurate model with details such as: opening passenger and cargo doors, animated pack inlets and outflow valves, all operable control surfaces, detailed flap tracks and slat rails, hydraulics modeled on spoilers and landing gear doors. Model design by Andy Warden, flight dynamics by Peter Binamira, base textures by Demetris Themistocleous and Alessandro Savarese, paint by Stephen Groom. Tested by Alexander Kvitta and Thomas Ruth. Air France has painted one A320 in the Skyteam livery unveiled in March 2011.

Textures have only been tested in FS2004 but I don't see why it wouldn't work in FSX as long as the appropriate files are present. More details in the two readmes.
