Recently I noticed that there are only, and I am not kidding, THREE liveries for this particular variant available for the Project OpenSky V4 Models. So I thought, "why not make more liveries for this variant?" so I did. I am planning on making more liveries for this variant, like its older sister B-KAA, as well as other airliners like TransExport, Atlas Air, and others. I will not guarantee that I will 100% make them in the future, but this is just plans. As I am making other liveries as well, like Flying Tigers' 747-100 with EL AL and "C.A.L" text.
Thank you so much to Joey_C for letting me borrow his Dragonair Cargo Decals as well as Door Placecards, which made this livery possible! I recommend you checking his page out in the X-Plane Forums if you use XP11, or XP12. His liveries are equally as good, if not better!

This was requested by Carl Lyndon Nepomuceno on Facebook.
If there is a tutorial online on how to make bare metal textures, I would totally make it by hand. Unfortunately there are none, and I mean like nothing at all. There was no complete tutorial or video on how to make that said texture, so I used AI to create one. I still have to sort a lot of things out like removing some of the belly and the back. There are also limited sources, both for references and decals. I made the "NORTHWEST ORIENT CARGO" Text using a Helvetica font from Fontsgeek, made my own letter "S" and used it for my livery. I had a previous version where I just used the text from a high quality Flickr photo, removed the background and added color. The references are limited for the "NORTHWEST CARGO" Livery specifically, as it seems like there are only 2 available photos of N618US with that exact livery. One in Facebook and another from Flickr (if I can remember). I also am not sure if the "CARGO" Text is a very dark shade of blue, or just black. If someone could verify that it is black, feel free to contact me so I can change it!
After this, I'll make the N800FT and N801FT liveries, but I would still have to make the JA822J 787-8 "Old Livery" of JAL.
The Livery 2 is the livery in 1977 while Livery 1 is 1979, so I may have accidentally switched it! But it is too late now...

File Description:
This aircraft and texture set is for fun flying. It sports a very unique AVSIM Convention 2006 livery as the specific mascot for the AVSIM Convention in Washington DC in September 2006. Visually a pleasure to fly and has a rather interesting Night Texture effect which should add to your flying pleasure. Be sure to also get the A380 Generic AVSIM Convention aircraft that is available in the AVSIM library. I recommend that you take the opportunity to go to the AVSIM Washington DC Convention as there will be lots of interesting Flight Sim paraphernalia and information available there. This is a fairly accurate and up-to-date version of Changi Intl Airport, and created only for FSX users, not suitable for P3D: This airport reflects today's situation with its 4 terminals and concourses bought up-to-date, including the Cargo aprons and buildings, all parking spots correctly numbered, airlines assigned to their original terminal where possible, 15 gates/parking spots allocated for the A380, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, new control tower, extra fuel trucks and support vehicle paths, drainage channels and the south end reservoir also added, fuel tank farm and many other scenery enhancements and objects included to make this airport more realistic, airport views are from the roof of the control tower.

This is Ray Smith's FSX file. Ray has given me permission to modify his file for P3Dv4. This is a very accurate version for KDFW to reflect today's situation with two optional files: one version with the Crosswind runways operating where all 7 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one version as the default airport runway operation. Assigned parking at all terminals now as per their website, extra parking including a gate for the A380 at Terminal D. Start location added to the helipad. Magnetic Variation corrected to 4.0 degrees East. All ILS approaches, taxiways and taxi signs updated and corrected to the latest charts. Extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements and objects added.
