This folder contains a repaint for the Douglas C-54 / DC-4 by Flight Replicas. It shows Douglas DC-4 VH-EDM of Qantas Empire Airways. This aircraft was built new for Western Airlines and entered onto the United States Aircraft Register as NC10203 - April 1946
It was sold to Australian National Airways in 1947 and entered onto the Australian Aircraft Register as VH-ANG. The aircraft was named 'Palana' (star).
It was sold to British Commonwealth Pacific Airlines in 1948 and reregistered as VH-BPD and renamed 'Discovery'. It was sold to Qantas Empire Airways in 1949, reregistered VH-EBM and renamed 'Philippine Trader'. It operated the inaugural Sydney - Darwin - Labuan - Hong Kong service as EM202 in June 1949
It was chartered by T.E.A.L. to operate the Melbourne - Christchurch (Harwood) - Melbourne service - June 29, 1951.
The aircraft suffered major nose damage whilst landing at Sydney (Kingsford Smith) on November 08, 1951, when the nose wheel collapsed during the landing roll, but it was repaired and returned to service.
It was sold to Zantop Air Transport Inc, Detroit, becoming N600Z in November 1959. It then went to Trans Mediterranean Airways of Lebanon in 1962 as OD-AEC. It crashed into the sea off Brindisi, Italy shortly after take-off on July 09, 1962, killing all six people on board. | Qantas Airways Boeing 747-438/ER 'Wunala Dreaming' |

File Description:
This is a repaint of Qantas's 747-438/ER Wunala Dreaming. The textures are painstakingly painted right down to the details with accurate markings, window configurations, wings and engines. Mostly handpainted, it features realistic Shine and shadow effects with reference to photographs and realistic reflections in quality 32bit format (NO MIPS). Painted over a duration of 4 months spending every week around 4 to 6 hours - It also includes some photorealistic misc parts (e.g. 3D looking engine fans, Engine pylon and nacelle textures . All textures have been altered from the paintkit. Painted on Project Opensky's 747-400 v3 gMAX model for FS2002, compatible with FS2004 (this repaint uses the latest FDE's for the B747-400ER no need to update).

Jetblue A320 special FDNY livery painted for the Project Airbus A320, one of my favorite liverys that Jetblue currently has here, painted by both Brian Kircher and Abudallah Rahman. I would like to thank Abudallah for the hard work that he put into the tail, I know he struggeled with the tail quite a bit. The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. Project Open Sky’s Airbus A330-200 equipped with Rolls Royce engines. Painted to the Air Tahiti Nui’s colours. I know; Air Tahiti doesn’t own any A330’s! I’m proud to present you the fictive A330 called Makemo (name of an island near Tahiti). Completely painted from scratch, 98% of the entire textures templates including the alphas and night effect are absolutely new. Typical night lighting. Fabulous interior and cargo bay textures.
