Aeroflot, Russian Airlines is the flag carrier and largest airline of the Russian Federation. The carrier operates domestic and international passenger services, mainly from its hub at Sheremetyevo International Airport. Aeroflot is one of the oldest airlines in the world, tracing its history back to 1923. During the Soviet era, Aeroflot was the Soviet national airline and the largest airline in the world. Following the dissolution of the USSR, the carrier has been transformed from a state-run enterprise into a semi-privatised company which ranked 19th most profitable in the world in 2007. Aeroflot is still considered the de facto national airline of Russia.
Aeroflot livery is painted on Project Airbus's Airbus A320-214(WL) model (included). The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. Textures are also characterized by HD (High Definition). Its features are idle-reverser animation, animated pack vents and pressurisation outflow valve, detailed textures, accurate paint, dynamic shine & effects, dynamic flexing wings that respond to turbulence, fully independent suspension, trim animation, gear steering, accurate flight dynamics, spoiler animation, reflective cockpit windows, improved wingflex code with input from several new parameters including ground spoilers, fuel load, and angle of attack, transparent navigation light lenses and many more. | United Boeing 747 SP |

File Description:
Three United 747-SP21 repaints for the Project Open Sky 747SP v4 series. Three liveries are included. The original livery that dates from the 1980's, subsequently revised with larger titles in 1991, and the final "stealth" livery that dates from the mid 1990's. Only one airframe, N145UA was ever painted in this livery. United purchased these aircraft from Pan American.
The colors and logos depicted here are accurate to the best of my ability. I've been interested in historic 747's for several years now. These liveries are familiar to me as an outgrowth of my experiences with the Historic Jetliners Group.
I've included models and the necessary text files to incorporate these repaints into your collection.

American Airlines 747-SP31 repaint for the Project Open Sky 747SP v4 series. American purchased two SP's from TWA. The colors and logos depicted here are accurate to the best of my ability. I've been interested in historic 747's for several years now. These liveries are familiar to me as an outgrowth of my experiences with the Historic Jetliners Group. The metal textures for this repaint were created by Yannick Charland, my colleague from the Historic Jetliners Group. Neos is an airline based in Somma Lombardo, Italy, operating leisure flights to Southern Europe, Russia, Africa, the Middle and Far East, the Caribbean, Mexico and Brazil, most of which are out of Malpensa International Airport. The Secondary hub is Rome Fiumicino Airport.
Neos Air Boeing 737-86N. Neos livery painted on Tenkuu Developers Studio (TDS) Boeing 737-800 aircraft (model included). The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. File Description:
Decided to pay homage to my hometown airline and paint Midwest Connect's CRJ-200 on the Project Open Sky model. These aircraft first appeared in the fleet last April and were bought from Independence Air. Paint features 32-bit, handpainted crisp textures with eye candy. Also included is the model update to include dynamic shine. Works fine in FS9 and FS2002, however it's not fully functional in FSX so no support can be given for FSX.
