File Description:
This is the only freeware soundset that is specifically for the 777-300ER'S gigantic GE90-115B. It produces 115,000 pounds of thrust and is the most powerful powerplant. I have tried extremely hard to make these sounds as realistis as possible and in particular, the startup sounds. These startup sounds are in fact so realistic that I urge you to go onto Youtube and listen to a 777-300ER startup. These sounds were recorded from an Emirates and Singapore Airlines 777-300ER. This is my first upload (but trust me, this does not mean that it will fall short of your expectations by any means) so please feel free to e-mail me and comment on how to improve, or anything else. This FSX PMDG 747-400X -8i/8F Queen of the Skies repaint is of N853GT (LN 1467) operated by Atlas Air but shown in a Polar Air/DHL livery as she appeared on December 4, 2012.
The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and features DDS DXT5 textures.
PMDG 747-400X and PMDG 747-400X -8i/F Product Model Extension for FSX are BOTH required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.
