File Description:
This FSX repaint depicts a fictional -8i variant in the colors of the old US airline, Braniff with the weathered fuselage of a well-used aircraft. This is my interpretation based on photos currently available of the livery worn by 747 aircraft of the fleet back in the 1970's.
The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and features DDS DXT5 textures.
PMDG 747-400X for FSX and 747-8i/8F add-on packages are BOTH required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.

This repaint is based on VQ-BVC, the second -8F freighter for Silkway West Airlines.
The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paint kit and features and includes DDS DXT5 textures, updated specular textures, custom night lighting with increased illumination and custom cockpit views.

These are the colors B-HUE was wearing in the late 1990th with the new engine design just before Cathay Pacific Airways changed there livery. You MUST have the 'PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies' to use these textures.
