Advanced Checklist v1.5

File Description:
This is a Fly! II add-on that provides a more robust checklist feature. Advanced Checklist files are constructed using the XML format (and so your Internet Explorer browser can actually read them). Advanced Checklist files are therefore customizable. This version supports checklists for multiple aircraft and provides a certain level of fault tolerance to badly formatted checklist files. This version also provides an editor tool that can be used to create and edit Advanced Checklist files. Finally, this version supports both sound effects and check item notes. Various bug fixes. Added Keyboard support for (nearly) mouse-free operation.

Alpha Centuri Solar System 1.0 Correction Patch

File Description:
A patch for the Alpha_Centuri.cfg file to correct an error in the config file dealing with some of the moons of Alpha 6. Basically a small repair of the Alpha_Centuri.cfg file. In debugging the final version, I tested diffrent scenereos. During construction of the Alpha_Centuri.cfg, I created a test config file not meant for release. That file was inadvertantly added to the final release. The system will still work, but visiting some moons at Alpha6 will plant you right in the middle of the star. Phillip Island Airport - Victoria , Australia

File Description:
Phillip Island Airport is situated on the eastern end of Phillip Island and is popular most days with Tourist Flights for those wanting to check out the evening Penguin Parades. The Airport comes to life in a very big way during October for the Australian 500cc Motor Bike Grand Prix. I have used the default runway and just added a few extra things to make the airport a little more realistic. This however does not mean that it is 100% perfect and accurately reflects the real-life airport. Included is an AFCAD file, which will enable you to have AI traffic.

Jupiter V

File Description:
Part five of my upgrade for Jupiter. This release contains 12 new outer moons for Jupiter, S/2001-J1 to S/2001-J11 as well as S/2002-J1. All are under 5 km in diameter. As well, new Res 7 moving textures and clouds are added based on t00fri's wonderul Celestia texture for Jupiter. The clouds will appear to churn benneath you in stunning detail. Includes bases, scenarios and MFD maps to get you there fast. This add-on requires the other four parts of my Jupiter upgrade to function properly. All are available right here at Avsim.

Hopping Round the World Adventure - Pack 11

File Description:
Our first stop back in the USA is the great state of Texas. So far our equipment has held up nicely through South America, the Caribbean and Central America. Everything mechanical breaks down once in a while so there is no telling what is in store as we continue our adventure. With some new airplanes added in Pack 12 you will have to learn the nuances of each type and focus on staying in one piece. The weather has been good lately but as always, no telling what is in store. Lots of interesting places to visit as we hop around the USA.

Hammerhead Spacedock

File Description:
Well here it is The Hammerhead/ Space dock, I would like to thank Brian Burger and Kyle Weigers for giving me Their kind permission to make this package and to Martin Schweiger for creating Orbiter and making all this possible. Brian Burger's Hammerhead station V2 is included and must be installed if you don't already have it! Kyle Weiger's Star Fleet Museum is included because I'm a Trekker and proud of it!! lol The only modifications made were to space dock, it's about half the size of the original and I have added a couple of docking ports

Ronaldsway Improvements

File Description:
Ronaldsway Improvements: This airport is fairly quiet in FS2004. Since it is close to Liverpool, Prestwick, Dublin and Belfast, it's ideally located for small and short hops over the Irish Sea. I have removed some apron and taxi space which go nowhere in the default AFCAD file. I changed the small GA gates to large to cater for turbo-propliners and add some Helicopter pads for anyone wanting militart flights to and from Valley AB or Aldergrove AB in Belfast. A new feature I added was a small service road around the airport. I hope you enjoy these improvements.

Iowa City Municipal Airport (KIOW)

File Description:
TerraModels Scenery Development System by Allen Kriesman was used to create the scenery for Iowa City Municipal Airport (KIOW), Iowa. Biber Salsa models were also used to create this scenery. The taxiways were added using the program by Peter Jacobson. No custom models were created for this scenery. The Iowa City Municipal Airport, opened in 1918, is the oldest airport west of the Mississippi River still in its original location. The very first air mail flights flew through Iowa City, and many of the early pioneers of flight landed here, including Will Rogers, Wiley Post, Charles Lindbergh, and Jack Knight.

Taxiway and Runway Signs for KMSY

File Description:
FS2002 Scenery--New Orleans International Airport "Louis Armstrong" (KMSY), Lousiana (LA). Features taxiway and runway signs for the default scenery of KMSY, which are illuminated at night. Night lighting central lines and distance markers on runways also added. The signs might be not exactly designed as in reality, but the taxiways numbering is correct so the signs are pretty helpful. This file is strongly recommended to be used with the Gmax jetways scenery by Greg Schmidtz (msygates.zip). Taxiway map, AFCAD file + AFInstaller for your convenience included. AFCAD file has been corrected and all textures are new. By Yves Camus.

Mig-17 Cockpit Green

File Description:
This can be used while we wait for an authentic Mig-17 Cockpit (it can also be used on the Mig-19S or Mig-15). It is an A-4B pit that has been repainted. It has undergone some minor cosmetic changes and authentic Russian lettering has been added to all the gauges as well (I do not speak Russian so I am not sure what it says :-) This works in Strike Fighters project 1, Strike Fighters Gold and Wings over Vietnam. Files to make the Mig-17F and Mig-19S flyable (if needed) are also included. Brought to you by Mk2aw.
