Even though a minor refresh to the Alaska livery was introduced in February 2015, the company unveiled completely new branding in January 2016, with a modernized eskimo and a new color scheme. Model developed by Tenkuu Developers Studio, features high resolution textures, dynamic flexing wings, nose gear steering, rudder lock, ground spoilers, low speed aileron locks at high speed, fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, trim animation, opening passenger doors, rolling wheels, animated thrust reversers with reverser block doors, detailed textures, full night lighting, ground service vehicles and more. Model design by Hiroshi Igami. Flight dynamics design by Nick Wilkinson, with assistance from David Biggar. Master textures and paint kit by Kyle Schurb. Painted on the great TDS model. Enjoy!

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Spitfire Mk.IX by FlyingIron, in the colors of Spitfire IX ML407 OU-V in the colors it wore in May 1944, when it was flown by F/O Johnnie Houlton of No. 485 New Zealand Squadron. It later flew with several other squadrons before ending up with 485 Sqn again. It was converted to a T9 trainer version for the Irish Air Corps in 1950. It was sold to the Strathallan collection in 1968 and then to Nick Grace in 1979. After his death, the aircraft was flown by his wife Carolyn Grace until 2017. The aircraft is still airworthy, based at Sywell Aerodrome, and can be booked for flights. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.

File Description:
McDonnell Douglas F-4J(UK) Phantom F.3 (AI Phantoms Phorever Part 5). This is one of the most iconic military aircraft of all time, ushering in the modern age of air combat; from Asia to the Middle East; and many of the 5,195 manufactured airframes are still in active use today, after over five decades of excellent service. This model set utilized FSDS source files for Nick Black's original F-4E Phantom II 8-LOD AI model, and has been heavily modified for this project. Numerous changes are listed in the extensive documentation with this file. This file contains one F-4J(UK) base model, but is split into two time periods, representing use of both Sparrow and Sky Flash missiles. There are two full squadron paints for 74 Squadron, including eight loadouts and 15 serials per squadron; representing these aircraft in service from 1984-1990. I am not including the usual paint kit because these aircraft were only used by one RAF squadron, and I have included all serials. This project is the next part of what will hopefully be a comprehensive and fairly complete (AI traffic) history of this aircraft. I learned a lot from previous releases, and these models are vastly improved from the original releases I have done recently (v2 models for those will be forthcoming). I did not do this alone by any means, and all contributors that I can think of are listed in the documentation. This is the complete aircraft, with all main FS textures and effects included. Original FSDS source and paint kit by Nick Black; FDE by Mike MacIntyre, all model/paint kit modifications and repaints by Michael Pearson.

McDonnell Douglas F-4D Phantom II (AI Phantoms Phorever Part 2). This is one of the most iconic military aircraft of all time, ushering in the modern age of air combat; from Asia to the Middle East; and many of the 5,057 manufactured airframes are still in active use today, after over five decades of excellent service. This model set utilized FSDS source files for Nick Black's original F-4E Phantom II 8-LOD AI model, and has been heavily modified for this project. Numerous changes are listed in the extensive documentation with this file. This file contains early, middle, and late F-4D base models; as well as two Iranian Air Force F-4D variants. The five main aircraft variants include a staggering total of 42 loadout models, and 42 paints representing these aircraft in service from Vietnam to current day. I have also included a layered Photoshop paint kit for eager repainters. Of particular note, the celebrated units in this package are the 555th TFS (USAF), 134th TFS (Vermont ANG), 184th TFG (Kansas ANG), and 3rd TFW (Iranian Air Force). All listed units have multiple serial repaints; as well as several other unique paints. This project is the continuation of what will hopefully be a comprehensive and fairly complete (AI traffic) history of this aircraft. I did not do this alone by any means, and all contributors that I can think of are listed in the documentation. This is the complete aircraft, with all main FS textures and effects included. | English Electric Lightning for AI traffic - The Frightening Part 1 |

File Description:
English Electric Lightning for AI traffic - The Frightening Part 1. This aircraft is one of the iconic military aircraft of the Cold War era, charged with home defense of the United Kingdom, as well as duties abroad, throught the 1960s - early 1980s. The Lightning served admirably in that role, was exported to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait; and also saw limted combat service in the Arabian penninsular region. After thirteen years of painting, and eight years of abortive attempts to discover the true mysteries of aircraft design, this is my first from-scratch original aircraft to make it to upload. There is a lot of Nick Black influence (and pilot figure) in this model, but the rest of the physical model is all mine, good or bad. This is an 8-LOD model, with all sorts of eye candy listed in the documentation. The painting comes from an age when gaudy heraldic liveries were quite acceptable on tactical aircraft, so this is a painter's dream as well. My intent was to make a very comprehensive offering with a lot of options (and paints), so to that end I am breaking this up into three manageable parts so it won't be a 70MB download. This is part 1, encompassing the F.1, F.1A, F.2, F.3, and F.3A variants; collectively containing 25 model options and 30 paints. Please take some time to read the extensive doucmentation, there are numerous credits and instructions regarding this model. Base models, paint kits, and release repaints by Michael Pearson, inspiration by Nick Black, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre, and relentless technical expertise from Steve Holland.
