This is a repaint of PMDG's excellent P-8A Poseidon. These textures represent a P-8A of the United States Navy as a member of VP-45, "Pelicans" at NAS Jacksonville, FL. The textures are those of an artist interpretation and resulting rendition. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the PMDG "737 NGX 800/900 Base Pack" payware package for FSX with SP1d or the newly released Prepar3D version.
The textures work in FSX and Prepar3D.

Since DHL substantially scaled back their North American operations, Astar is now only flying DC-87's, including flights for the US NAS to Norfolk and Guantanamo Bay Cuba. Their hub is KCVG. Utilize Traffic Tools or AIFPC to compile into FS9 or FSX. Enjoy.

This aircraft has been painted to look like a F6F-5 Hellcat of VBF-17 in 1945. The aircraft is painted this way for the Centennial of US Naval Aviation.
