Micro Flight 3 Download

File Description:
Micro Flight is a state of the art flight simulator specializing in simulating ultralight flying vehicles and micro meterological conditions. Unlike other flight simulators, Micro Flight simulates the intricate flow of air over the ground and the effects of thermals created by the sun, making it ideal for simulating gliders of all types. Micro Flight also simulates types of vehicles not simulated by other general aviation programs, such as: Hanggliders, Paragliders, Gyroplanes, Helicopters, Trikes, Balloons and more. Flight instrumentation and navigational aids were made to resemble real ones, this includes the hand held GPS, standard flight instruments, head up display and more. The whole enviroment which the user interacts with is three dimentional, even operating the instruments in the cockpit is made by manipulating them with the mouse and not just by pressing keys. The program has netplay mode which enables users to fly and communicate with each other.

New Zealand Airfield and Grass Strip AFCADS Project Download

File Description:
This is the start of a project to have GA aircraft flying from all minor and obscure New Zealand airfields and grass strips. I have started with NZWT (Whitianga)NZTA (Te Aroha) NZME (Mercer) NZRA (Raglan) NZTH (Thames). I used charts from www.aip.net.nz to try and get accurate placements of aircraft parking etc. I also use these AFCADS in conjunction with the wonderful GA-Traffic program as it generates traffic automatically. I am in the process of creating flightplans which will be tabled later on. Soon we will have all the Waikato and other areas of NZ filled with GA traffic!! No more empty skies!!! I have also uploaded NZWP (Whenuapai) with ammended airstrips, helipads etc. Some parking available but by no means finished. Feel free to change, alter or generally make more accurate these files and re-upload them for the benefit of all. Enjoy.

Mc Carran International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada (KLAS) Download

File Description:
This is an AFCAD2 file for the default FS9 Las Vegas McCarran airport. All gates in the AFCAD are indentifed properly, per the McCarran website. There are 18 America West gates, 15 Southwest gates, and all the other major airlines are there as well including the international and charter terminal. This is primarily a commercial airliner AFCAD as I did not include any executive gates or cargo gates. (Sorry UPS and FEDEX guys) I've updated and upgraded the taxiways, and even included the areas under construction. (Some of it may be done in real life by now though) I think you'll find that the aprons are done realistically as per the real Las Vegas airport, which is quite different than the FS9 default, so becareful when you're taxiing online. Otherwise, I hope this file increases your gaming experience when flying into Las Vegas. Thanks for trying it out.

Air Anglia Douglas DC-3's Download

File Description:
Air Anglia was founded on July 21, 1970, as an amalgamation of three companies, Norfolk Airways, Anglia Air Charter and Rig Air. The airline started life with one DC-3 (G-AMPZ) and no scheduled services. Soon after, the airline lodged application for its first scheduled service from Norwich to Edinburgh and Aberdeen. And, in October 1970, it announced its first service to the continent, linking Norwich with Rotterdam. To co-incide with the increasing network, the airline acquired three more DC-3's, G-ANTD, G-AOBN and G-AGJV. In 1972, the first jet-prop Fokker F27 Friendship arrived, and gradually these faster and more sophisticated aircraft replaced the DC-3s. G-AOBN and G-AMPZ were the first to be sold, with G-AGJV soldiering on flying scheduled weekday cargo service from Aberdeen - Amsterdam - Norwich and return. G-ANTD was broken up for spares at Norwich.

FSX Aircraft ToolBox Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
The FSX Aircraft ToolBox is a utility that will appeal to developers, power-users and "aircraft aficionados" who often need (or just want!) to delve into their FSX aircraft files and apply their "virtual wrench". If you are anything like us you may feel tweaking FSX is almost as much fun as flying it! As a good companion for our aircraft configuration editor - TweakAircraft for FSX - this FSX Aircraft ToolBox focuses on a different area by making it easy to inspect, navigate and edit most of the individual files that make up your FSX aircraft. It can also be used to manage the fleet by backing up entire aircraft folders, enabling and disabling aircraft groups, tweaking many items as well as creating high-quality thumbnails used in the FSX aircraft selection dialog. We are sure you will find it a valuable tool in your endeavors as a "virtual aircraft engineer".

A_VA-12 VTOL AirlineR2 'The True 'X' Plane' Download

File Description:
This is the next generation in VTOL airliner technology. the A VA-12 is the first version of this new and improved aircraft. This amazimg plane can lift-off vertically making it capable of taking off any where as well as making it a joy to fly. It is about the size of a 737. It uses 2 large sweeped wings and 4 adjustable jet engines, thus making it an incredibly stable sircraft. At first I had extreme doughts about this form of design and the original wing design I wanted was not air worthy, so I went back to the drawing board and made it much more stable. This airplane has a simple to use cockpit that is still functional. This plane can be easy to use for a novice or a challenge for a flying ace. In the end this plane is fun, user friendly and revoultionary.
