| Goodyear FG-1D Corsair VH-III |

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the FG-1D Corsair by Milviz for MSFS, in the colors of Chance-Vought F4U-5N Corsair was built in 1951. After serving with the US Navy, it went to Honduras in the mid 50's. In 1978, the Honduran Air Force sold nearly all their Corsairs to Hollywood wings in the USA, some even flying. Other were sent by rail, and assembled in the USA, which might have mixed up parts. It is believed the VH-III was originally BuNo 123168/FAH603. The Walt Disney company bought it in 1987 and gave it to the RNZAF in thanks for helping out with a movie. The RNZAF traded it with Graham Hoskins for a Cutriss P-40F. The aircraft was then restored in Darwin and made its first post restoration flight in 2014, painted in Honduran colors. It is based at Tyabb airfield in Victoria, Australia. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.

| NetJets USA, Cessna Citation Excel XLS (N695QS) |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
I am proud to present this Cessna Citation Excel XLS, registration N695QS, in NETJETS USA livery in the Aryus Works freeware model. NETJETS flies this model of the Citation in Europe and the USA. I recently released this model in the NetJets Europe livery (almost exactly the same) in registration CS-DXU. I paid attention to detail and realism as much as possible on this work, but some things did not exactly line up as in the real bird (e.g.: registration on the tail).
The textures in this repaint are 32-bit. I hope you enjoy flying this as much as I enjoyed painting it. This is a complete install. Panel and sound are from the default Lear45.
NOTE: This is a re-upload due to the compromise of the AVSIM web site.

| North American P-51D 352nd FG (PE-X) "Straw Boss 2" |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of #44-14111 PE-X "StrawBoss 2", which was flown by Col. James D Mayden of the 328 Fighter Squadron/352nd FG. Born in 1912, Mayden graduated from Kansas State College in 1935. He did his primary and advanced training in Randolph/Kelly Texas and went on to fly P-26's, P-36's, P-39's along with P-40's stateside before flying P-51's overseas.
His first kill occured on November 2nd 1944, and by the end of the war, he had 2 air victories to go with 4 ground kills. Both confirmed air kills were ME-109's. Mayden's wartime decorations included an Air Medal, Distinguished Flying Cross, and the Croix De Guerre. He also commanded the 352nd FG from July 1944 to September 1945.
The Colonel's first P-51, a B model was named "StrawBoss", a nickname said to be given to him by his dad. After a gear-up landing accident, StrawBoss was replaced with a fresh P-51D. While the left side of the new mount wore "StrawBoss 2", the right side was painted "Little Sandra", named after crew chief S/Sgt Hubert Robling's daughter.

File Description:
Textures for Tom Gibson's Douglas DC-6A - repainted by Manfred Meyer.
You need to download and install the latest Douglas DC-6A CB-16 base pack with model(use the model with Propspinners), sound and panel from the website calclassic.com.
These textures depict N96BL (c/n 43574) of Aerial Transit. Harold Bellomy and Charles Lawson founded 1963 the Bellomy & Lawson Company in Miami FL, buying DC-6 aircrafts an convert them to pure freighters. They run Challenge Air Transport and sold this airline 1982. Then they started 1983 a part 121 operation under the trading name "Aerial Transit" and ceased operations in 1991. The DC-6 aircrafts of aerial Transit, flying throughout the Caribbean and Central America and were often leased out to other operators of the region. N96BL was built 1952 as C-118A and delivered to the USAF as 51-3827. In 1976 bought by Bellomy & Lawson and registered as N3492F the aircraft served with Challenge AT and re-registered as N96BL from october 1983 until 1991 with Aerial Transit. Aerial Transits DC-6 always looking a little bit shabby and when flying this aircraft, keep in mind it has no pressurisation and no superchargers. So if you are forced to go above 10 000 ft take some oxygen bottles with you!

| Algerian Air Force Mil Mi-24V Hind E |
|
File Description:
FS2004 Mil MI-24V Hind E. Deadly looking, and just as lethal, the Mil MI-24 series of Helicopter Gunships are perfect Cold War images of the Soviet concept of a "Flying APC" armed with AT missiles, Rockets and Cannon, and capable of transporting 8 Troops in its cabin. Caused much concern in the West, where there was no counterpart, and given the NATO code-name "Hind" MI-24's were first built with conventional flightdeck-type cabin,as the MI-24A, then redesigned with the stepped, armored cockpits for pilot and weapons systems operator (wso), as the MI-24D. Later improvements resulted in the V, VP, P, and Recon versions. Was, and still, in service with over 20 nations.

| STS Guidance MFD Beta 3c (for Version 2 Shuttles) |
|
File Description:
**NOTE** This beta version of STS Guidance MFD REQUIRES Ver 2 Shuttles and will only operate correctly if the line 'OMS' is in the Shuttle section of the scenario file you are flying. STS Guidance MFD provides a guidance & control system for the Space Shuttle, including an automated rendezvous program. The other programs in the MFD are automated apogee/perigee adjustments, automated orbital plane alignment and an on-orbit attitude controller which holds the shuttle in the "-ZLV -XVV" attitude (retrograde, heads-down). This release does not come with documentation, so if you wish to learn about how to operate it then you should consult the documentation given in Soyuz-GuidanceMFD (also available here). | Austrian Air Force Saab J-35 Draken |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
Austrian Air Force Saab J-35 Draken. The Draken was designed as a Cold War-era interceptor, but proved over time to be a capable dogfighter, and was also modified into both a recce aircraft and an antiship strike platform. First flying in 1955, with 651 aircraft built, the Draken was exported to three countries, and aged gracefully over a 45-year operational career. Some Drakens are still in service in the US as test pilot school aircraft. I present an 8-LOD AI traffic model to bring another Cold War icon to the flightsim world. This package represents the J-35OE in the service of the Austrian Air Force, with 4 models and 25 repaints. Aircraft, flight dynamics, and repaints by Michael Pearson.
