Alaska DHC2 BEAVER with Floats

File Description:
The Eager Beaver based off of the original Steve Grant model. Repainted using Paintshop Pro and moded to DXT, nice interior 3D shots, custom rebuilt sounds, nice interactive gauges, weather wx radar, on-board pushback / taxi panel and Forced Feedback for proper joysticks. This particular model is the DHC2 Beaver w/ floats in Alaska Tours Livery.

Douglas DC-8-50 & Super 61 Pratt & Whitney JT3D-3

File Description:
THUNDERING TURBOFANS - The JT3D-3, also known as the "Fanjet" (or even "Turbo Wasp"), isn't a stage III noise compliant engine, as you'll soon find out. The JT3D-3 soundset was succesfully tested on both the Historic Jetliners Group (HJG) and AeroSim DC-8 models. This soundset also features full environmental sounds, adding that little extra. All sounds are sampled at 22,5Khz 16-bit stereo quality. Enjoy!

Varig Brazil 'NC' McDonnell Douglas MD-11 Update

File Description:
This file contains updated textures for my Mike Stone's MD-11 Varig Brazil "NC" repaint. This update fixes the Varig Brasil text on the right side of the fuselage to the correct one that is in real Varig MD-11. The original version had the text as Brasil Varig but this update fixes it to Varig Brasil as it should be.

File Description:
THE POWER OF PRATT & WHITNEY - I wasn't aiming for a Christmas (2005) release when I started work on this soundset about four months ago, but here it is now! The Christmas Condor brings you a completely scratch built JT9D soundset for the Boeing 767. I was supported by Just Planes and Project Opensky during the development of this soundset, for which I am VERY grateful. It is through their support I was able to reach new levels of realism both inside the cockpit (full environmental sounds) and outside. GAF Government Aircraft Factories Nomad 24

File Description:
The Australian built GAF Nomad (GAF - Government Aircraft Factories) was manufactured in the 1970's. This model, GAF Nomad 24, could carry 17 passengers. This aircraft has been made primarily for AI purposes but actually also flies well as an ordinary aircraft. This Gmax model has 6 LODs with only 2510 polygons (triangles) for the main model. I am indebted to Ray Blake who has made all the textures (six) for this package. There are two separate paintkits being posted to Avsim. The first is the default which will suit most painters needs. The second uses the "tfslg" model (top fuselage) and provides for detail on top of the fuselage and was used for the army aircraft camouflage texture which is part of this package.

Oceanic Grumman G-21 Goose

File Description:
Designed to be a 'commuter' plane for businessmen in the Long Island area, the Grumman Goose was first manufactured in 1937. She was designed to cater for up to 7 passengers. The US Navy showed an interest in the amphibious aircraft in 1938, eventually acquiring 222 airframes. The Goose also served with the US Coast guard and the US Army, and later served in a military role with the British, Canadian, French, and Portuguese armed forces. 376 of them were built by 1945. Subsequent modifications (since 1966) have seen some of the aircraft modified to use turbine powerplants. This particular Goose is in a fictional paint scheme. TEXTURES ONLY! This model requires Mike Stone's G-21 Goose, which is available on AVSIM or on Mike's homepage (http://www.pmstone.com). Repaint by Graeme Porter.
