FFG Saab 340 Paintkit

File Description:
As the community is requiring some paintkits for the Saab and that the actual lack of paintkit for it leads to only a few repaints, I decided to provide the community with the necessary elements and informations to ease the repaint process. Hope this will lead to some more repaints and interest in the Saab 340 project.
