It's my first work, because there is no AFCAD-File for this airport to download right now.

The standard fbos use a 32 x 32 mipmap which looks pretty flaky in comparison to everything else these days! Rather than simply create more FBOs (done that...), this update will apply to all packages and existing LGS airports with one file change.
