Textures only for the Captainsim F-104 Starfighter, depicting '22+15' of Marinefliegergeschwader 1 (Schleswig/Jagel, 1978) and '26+65' of MFG 2 (Eggebek, 1986). TCE compliant.
The West-German Navy, Italy and Norway were the only operators of the F-104 Starfighter in the anti-shipping role. The German Navy received a total of 119 F-104G and 27 RF-104G for reconnaissance. Main purpose was surface attack of amphibian operations by the Warsaw Pact in the Baltic Sea. When the German Navy had to replace their Hawker Sea Hawks in the early 1960s, their choice would have been the Blackburn B-103 Buccaneer, but political reasons (and pressure...) led to acquiring the Lockheed F-104 for both Navy and Airforce. In the 1980s, German Navy Starfighters were replaced by the Panavia Tornado and retired from service in 1988.

Textures only (TCE compliant) for the Captainsim F-104 Starfighter, depicting '24+85' of Jagdgeschwader 71 (Wittmund, 1972). JG 71 was put into service in 1959 and originally equipped with Canadair Sabre (F-86E). In 1961 it received the traditional "Richthofen" designation. The unit's base moved to Wittmund in 1962 and on April 9th 1963 the first F-104G Starfighter arrived, subsequently replacing the Sabre. In the following years, the F-104Gs primarily changed their role into fighter-bombers, getting assigned to fighter-bomber wings (Jagdbombergeschwader). By 1974, all F-104G of JG 71 were replaced by F-4F Phantom II.

Textures only for the Captainsim F-104 Starfighter, depicting 'JA+101' of Jagdgeschwader 71 (Wittmund). TCE compliant. Two paints included: 1963 blank metal version and 1964 camo scheme ("Norm 62"). FS2004 Textures only for the Captainsim F-104 Starfighter, depicting '26+44' of Jagdbombergeschwader 33 (Buechel AB), 1984 version in ""Norm83" camo. TCE compliant. Aircraft was license-built by Messerschmitt in 1971 (c/n 7304) and put into service with JaBoG 31. Sold to Turkey in January 1989.

Textures only for the Captainsim F-104 Starfighter, depicting 'BB+236' (1967) and '26+30' (1972) of Jagdbombergeschwader 36 (Fighter Bomber Wing) "Westfalen", Rheine-Hopsten AB. BB+236 actually was a RF-104G recce version. Due to the lack of a RF model (no gun, baggy camera compartment instead of the gunshell bay), lens covers and a small ventilation grid are all I could do to depict one of the fastest cameras ever built. Hope you can live with this compromise! TCE compliant.

Textures only for the Captainsim F-104 Starfighter, depicting DC+115 of JaBoG 33, Buechel AB, 1963 blank metal scheme. Aircraft built by Lockheed Burbank, c/n 2072, delivery 1962.
Transition code was KF+147, then to JaBoG 33 (Fighter-Bomber Wing) as DC+115. Re-coded into 20+62 in 1968, sold to Turkey in February 1986. CaptainSim TCE compliant.
