Piaggio P180 Avanti for FSX Acceleration. Originally designed by Mario Noriega, FSX conversion by Eagle Rotorcraft Simulations. Model designed in gmax and has FSX self shadowing, 11 reflective texture sets from the FS2004 release, specular mapping, bump mapping, lightmaps, custom sound suite and more. Designed for FSX Acceleration only. Tested in Windows Vista and Windows 7 under DX9 and DX10 Preview with no issues. Released with the kind permission from Mario Noriega.

The last model of my Piaggio P-166 series until Piaggio decides to build a new one. The P-166DP-1 is a renewed version of the P-166DL3. The P-166DL3 is the actual production version of a plane that firt flew in 1957, now with turboprop engines, new avionics, increased fuel capacity, and completly new hydraulic and electric system. The DP-1, in addition, has more powerful engines (PT-6A-121), new avionics and other little changes as electric trims and similar. It's still under certification by RAI (Italian Aeronautical Registry) and FAA (Federal Avaiation Association).Features Clickable Dynamic Photoreal VC with non-planar throttle quadrant. Many of you requested me a paint kit for the Piaggio P-180 (MN_p180.zip, available at www.AVSim.com), and here it comes in Photoshop 7 format. You just need to export the files in Photoshop 7 as 32-bit BMPs and then convert to DXT3., then they are ready for the Avanti! INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED IN README.TXT.Enjoy!

The classy looking Riviera amphibian is "Seabee" in Italian style... Built by Nardi and Siai-Marchetti, supposedly only 23 were built during the early 1960ies by Siai-Marcheti, the majority of them being sold to America. As every italian design, it is built to go fast. It seats 4 people including the pilot, the reversible propeller gives it superb manouverability in water (and taxi). It is a high-wing anphibian aircraft with double tailfin and pusher propeller. Read notes before flying! (FN333_check.htm, FN333_ref.htm & panel_FN333.htm, plus redme.txt).
This model features advanced flight dynamics, detailed external model, detailed photreal virtual cockpit and virtual cabin with night lighting, custom effects, etc.

This is a massive update for the Piaggio P-166 Series aircraft. This Package contains a whole update for ALL the models,(P-166A\M\S\BL2\CL2\DL3\DL3-SEM\DP1) and a pilot handbook in html format. You can read it in the full large version or in the reduced size version re-adapted for the electronic FS2004 kneeeboard as "Reference". All aircraft refer to the same file, so after the introdution to the P-166 and her main characteristics, individual links to the single P-166 versions are included (only "Kneeboard" version). The main improvements in the FDEs are a nice stability making the plane just fly strigght-and-leveled easily, re-calibrated flap and fuselage drags, wich makes for better max speed and landing characteristics. Also flaps and landing gear pitch moments are lots reduced. Now the plane respects the Specs of the real thing completly, even matching the changes from version to version!! in newer versions, engine power output has been recalculated, as well as new payloads and fuel capacities: you can litterally load the passangers and baggage you wish...but don't try to exaggerate, going overweight is not that complex...for instance, try placing a 9999 pounds copilot and guess what happens...
