File Description:
This package represents the *proposed* route and timetable to be flown by P-38 "Glacier Girl" and P-51 "Miss Velma" on their trip to the United Kingdom in June 2007. Both aircraft were to appear at the Flying Legends Air Show at Duxford on the weekend of 7th. - 8th. July 2007, with "Miss Velma" remaining in Britain with her new owners. This trip - 'Bolero 2' (the original WW2 operations were named 'Bolero') - was to see the P-38 finally complete its delivery flight some 65 years after it left the USA. However, "Glacier Girl" suffered a major engine problem and whilst "Miss Velma" went on alone, the P-38 had to remain behind in the USA and never made it to the Duxford Air Show. Installation instructions are in the ReadMe.

Those textures are a supplement to our FSX default Boeing 737-800 and 747-400 replacement textures figuring typical colors for regions or countries worldwide, those editions of the default FSX Orbit Airlines Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 747-400 textures, which makes them representing typical passenger or cargo plane colors for regions or countries worldwide (the 737xwd1.zip, and 747xwd.zip respectively). That supplement is adding two countries to our packages, Israel and the Republic of Korea, with a 737-800, a passengers 747-400 and a cargo 747-400 each. Just keep flying the world! Need some text editing. Comes with a French readme too. Freeware

The plane uses 32-bit texture with alpha layer to make some high reflections on the fuselage. Cathay Pacific The Spirit of Hong Kong (B-HUA) is a type Boeing 747-400. The is a fictional paint of a Cathay Pacific aircraft.
This is a Second Edition of the previous paint of B-HOZ.
This paint scheme has a new gradual change background of white-green colour, and includes the ifc Phase 2 (International Finance Centre, the tallest building in Hong Kong), Hong Kong Convention And Exhibition Centre New Wing, The Center, Cheung Kong Centre and etc, comparing with the old VR/B-HIB paint scheme. They will guide you to some of the remote farm strips in the west of New Zealand's North Island.
There you can take the challenge of getting airborne in a fully-laden agplane by falling off a cliff. Then deliver your payload over designated farmland. And land (and stop in time) at the next strip to pick up another load.

This is a repaint of the Project Open Sky Boeing 747-200B version 3. I hand-painted the plane and it looks better than the old version now. The plane uses 32bit and DXT3 textures with highly reflection effect. This AI-Package contains several beautiful airplanes: Bell-UH1D, Hamburger Flugzeugbau: C-160 Transall, Heinkel: He-111C, Lockheed: T-33A T-Bird, Martin: B-26 Marauder, Nord Aviation: ND2501 Noratlas and last not least the North American: Harvard Mk.41 T-6. Most of these aircraft perform "Touch and Goes" in the local traffic pattern at Landsberg-Airbase per attached flightplan and some C-160 Transall go IFR to Hohn (ETNH, homebase of LTG63), Wunstorf (ETNW, homebase of LTG62), to Sarajewo (LQSA) and Pristina (LYPR). All the attached outstanding airplanes have been created by well known designers (see briefing). My part was just to put them together and to generate an almost reasonable AI-Flightplan.
