File Description:
Cycle 0608 (3-31 Aug 06) PMDG SIDSTARS procedures file for Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood Intl based on FAA NACO Digital Terminal Procedures. The procedures include 1-DP, 5-STARs & 7-IAPs (ILS/LOC/RNV/VOR). Charts of the procedures are included in an enclosed readme and the header of the procedures text file. STAR DEKAL1 is enumerated for landing East or West to accomodate altitude constraints based on landing direction. STAR BLUFI excluded (turboprop only) and 9R/27L excluded (GTOW limits).

FSX FCB9o8 is an easy to fly aircraft. The only controls that are needed are the four arrow keys on the keyboard. This plane is highly automated. It has assisted takeoff and landing in normal mode. In autopilot mode, it can complete a whole trip without pilot intervention. The Autoland is capable of landing the aircraft on any runway in both good and bad weather. This is version 1.2. We have 3 takeoffs in Russia, 3 in Japan and 4 in US – Alaska. Watch for lightning and listen to the boom of thunder while descending in Leg 3. Fight the controls all the way down to a safe landing. In the Concorde on Leg 5 you will zoom past many thunderheads over 40,000ft; the flight was smooth nonetheless. Such a sweet landing in your Boeing 747F on Leg 7! What a sunrise on Leg 9 prior to takeoff enroute to UHMD. You will NEVER forget the memorable landing.
