File Description:
Flight Data Recorder, now with a Pilot Logbook. This utility can do the following: analyze your flight from departure to your destination, and the landing with a graphical landing chart; when flight analysis is finished you can print a report, the report is automaticly saved as a pdf file; quickly change the settings of FSX, such as time, date, fuel, weight, traffic etc.; start a failure sytem, such as gear, flaps, engine, etc.; runway detecting system to see which runways are in use; load an existing flight or flight plan; quickly look to your CFG (settings) files and change them even before the flight simulator is running; after a flight is finished FsQC saves your flight automaticly as 'FsQC last Flight', so you can continue the next day or hour; and lots of more. Require FSUIPC. Note: requires paid activation for use of flight analyzer, landing analysis and pilot logbook. Register and you have 1 month free. By Evander Tholen.

File Description:
This is a complete simulation of the Piaggio PD-808. It includes advanced engine management, realistic systems, and some failure modeling. The model features a complete 3-D virtual cockpit,and a 2-D panel. Sounds are inculded. The external model features all typical animations plus a load of custom ones. Also incluides all custom special effects, including different selectable floodlights for the virtual cockpit (by simply flicking ON the proper light switch on the cockpit itself). Plus with a fly-on-the-numbers flight dynamics file. Includes full documentation. THIS IS THE FS-X RELEASE. IT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH FS-2004. THERE IS ALSO A FS-2004 RELEASE THAT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH FS-X. THis is the "RM" variant of the aircraft and base package. Other PD-808 variants will come next. This base package with the RM version will be needed for these to work properly.

The Il-18 is a four turboprop engined passenger aircraft for medium-long range. The first Kuznetsov NK4 powered flight was on 4 Jul 1957 from Moscow-Khodynka airport, the first Ivchenko AI-20 powered flight on 17 Sep 1958. This plane was produced in series for 12 years and achieved great popularity due to the favourable load factor. The main operator was Aeroflot, but the IL-18 proved a popular plane with airlines behind the former "Iron Curtain". The first operator outside the former USSR was the state airline of communist China, CAAC, who took delivery of 13 IL-18's between 1959 and 1967. Featured are two early production IL-18B's, two IL-18V's (the most common version) and one IL-18E Salon VIP-transport (in fact Mao Zedongs personal aircraft). These are textures only. You will need the FS2004 Aeroproyecto Ilyushin IL-18D (aeroproyecto_il18d.zip; available at Flightsim.com) by Edgar Guinart Lopez. Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

File Description:
Cache Creek is a small village of around 1,000 folks on the eastern side of the Coast Mountains of British Columbia, around 70 miles northeast of Pemberton and 40 miles west of Kamloops. The village is in a valley bottom and recently suffered from severe flooding due to the overflow of the river. The airfield is high above the town, with a runway aligned 15-33 and 3,280 feet of asphalt, without runway or taxiway lighting; hence "airfield" as opposed to "airport". I have posted it as Cache Creek CAZ5, but I suggest that you revise the name to perhaps "BC airfields" and just load my future airfield posts into the same scenery and texture folders to avoid the inevitable doubling up of common textures etc. Plus that way you will have just one FS9 library post to do and new airfields will not need yet another posting. Up to you. If you find a defect, email me.

File Description:
This package contains the BeThere! gauge. It lets you pause the flight simulator once the aircraft reaches a certain position.
This is useful for long range flights where the pilot wants to leave the flight sim unattended. The procedure is to either load an FS flightplan, switch the navigation mode of the autopilot to GPS and engage the autopilot. Or - with advanced aircraft add-ons - a flightplan is loaded into the FMC and the LNAV mode is set to let the aircraft automatically follow the track. Anyway, the problem is, that the pilot doesn't want to miss the top of descent. So the pilot has to check the computer regularily in order to be there when it becomes interesting again. Or, and that's the idea of this package, the flight sim is automatically paused at a safe position/distance.
