| American Airlines "US Airways" Airbus A321 (N578UW) |

Continuing the US Airways-inspired theme of heritage aircraft, American Airlines has introduced a "retro" US Airways painted A321. This aircraft, N578UW, was delivered in April 2014. It was the last aircraft to be delivered in the US Airways livery, but instead wears "American" titles, similar to the other retro-painted aircraft. This will eventually be the only aircraft retaining the US Airways livery as the merger with American progresses. A second repaint is also included of the normal US Airways scheme just before the merger. | American Airlines "Piedmont" Airbus A319 |

File Description:
Piedmont Airlines was founded in 1948 and operated until being purchased by US Air in 1989. Based in Winston-Salem NC, the airline has hubs in Charlotte, Dayton, Baltimore, and Syracuse, with an extensive fleet of mostly Boeing aircraft. To honor the airline's heritage, US Airways dedicated an A319 N744P featuring the Piedmont livery in 2006, and it was retitled to American in 2014. This is one of several retro jets representing past airlines that form today's American Airlines. File Description:
Decided to pay homage to my hometown airline and paint Midwest Connect's CRJ-200 on the Project Open Sky model. These aircraft first appeared in the fleet last April and were bought from Independence Air. Paint features 32-bit, handpainted crisp textures with eye candy. Also included is the model update to include dynamic shine. Works fine in FS9 and FS2002, however it's not fully functional in FSX so no support can be given for FSX.

File Description:
Malaysia Airlines "Hibiscus" Boeing 747-400 for POSKY's 747-400 V4. Created for and tested in FS2004, FSX compatibility not guaranteed. Nearly every texture has some sort of customization. All textures were created with attention to detail, accurate livery, many custom parts, reflections on the wings and engines, reflections of antennas on the top and bottom of the fuselage, custom cockpit textures, doorway textures, wheel textures, ground vehicles, handpainted windows, custom detailing, custom wing textures, etc. Even custom night lighting with window lights that dim when the landing lights are turned off. This texture set represents an excellent blend of effects, dirt, wear, and customization for the ultimate in Flight Sim experience to truly give you "An Experience Redefined."

Delta's fleet of early-built A320s was inherited from Northwest, but interior mods completed over the last three years ensure these aircraft will serve for several more years. The "32K" features a new interior, mood lighting, larger overhead bins, and eventually seatback entertainment systems. The Delta belly logo is also included. Delta's first A321 was delivered in February of 2016, adding to a large existing fleet of A319s and A320s. This aircraft will initially fly routes from Atlanta to Florida, slowly replacing 757s. Chautauqua operates a few Embraer 145 aircraft for Frontier Airlines. Both Chautauqua and Frontier are subsidiaries of Republic Airways Holdings. A handful of ERJ145 are actually painted in the full Frontier livery. This package contains two versions, N270SK and N271SK, with two different animal images on the tail. Painted on the great Project Opensky model. Enjoy!

ExpressJet operates an extensive fleet of Embraer regional jets for United, but more recently returned a handful of ERJ-135s into service after storage in the desert for several years. These aircraft are intended to replace flying formerly done by Colgan Air with Saab 340s, primarily out of the Houston hub. Due to the declining economics of these jets, it is unclear whether these aircraft are permanent long-term replacements. Painted on the great Project Opensky model. Enjoy!

American Eagle is the new brand name for all regional airlines operating for American. PSA Airlines, a former US Airways Express carrier, was selected to receive 30 new Bombardier CRJ-900 NextGen aircraft, with the first delivery in June of 2014. This was also the first PSA aircraft to wear the new American livery. Painted on the great Project Opensky model. Enjoy!
