Repaint for the FSHELI.CH Aerospatiale helicopter for Microsoft FS2004. This package contains the additional textures for the SA315B Lama HB-XFE operated by Air Grischa, Switzerland, for the FSHELI SA315B Lama V3.0 (payware, EUR 15.00) The original package contains one animated model created in Abacus FSDS Pro 2, one set of reflective textures, 2D and 3D panel and custom made gauges and a custom sound system with realistic start-up and shut-down.The panel also uses some default gauges (not included). The equipment of the Lama is very accurate and gives a realistic feeling inside and outside the cabin. It contains also accurate flight dynamics (in the limitations of the FS2004), tested with real world pilots. Works also in FS2002.This helicopter feautures:Passenger flights;Sling cargo:net,cow rescue,pylon,concrete,cross bars,aggregate; Fire fighting with a bamby bucket, Winch operations. Textures only. Avro Arrow in 416 Lynx Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force. Real plane, real livery, but fictional that this livery was on this plane, as the real plane was never addopted into service.
Inspired by a repaint by Shane Strong (do a search for his repaints, some 190 quality paints!) on the Alphasim Voodoo, I undertook to replicate (nothing coppied from his work) the feel of that historic 'special' livery, on what the RCAF pilots SHOULD have been flying...the Arrow.
If you don't know this plane, or it's history, you really ought to do a search and check out it's story. Amazing, powerful, speedy, had many technological firsts, and many more which were being designed but never completed (imagine for instance it's missiles, which were basically simple AMRAAM's in the 60's)
Requires:Mike Stone's Avrow Arrow, get it at: http://www.pmstone.com/ or any of the usual big sites. Optional:"Version 2 Update" (edit/tweek, effects) by Bob Chicilo (got mine at Avsim).

| New York Air National Guard AI F-16C and D Repaints |

File Description:
These are repaints of 2 F-16C's and 1 F-16D of the NY ANG for Henry Tomkiewicz's new AI F-16, ai_lockheed_martin_f-16.zip, available here at AVSIM. "The Cobras" of the 138th FS, 174th FW, New York Air National Guard are based at Syracuse International Airport (KSYR) and fly Block 30 F-16C's and D's. Tail number 87-0255 is called "Double Nickel" and is the 174th FW Commander's F-16C. As such it has a unique tail with a colored cobra. Tail number 86-0249 is a regular 138th FS F-16C with standard squadron markings. Tail number 86-00042 is a regular 138th FS F-16D with standard squadron markings. These 3 repaints were made using the base textures of Graham King and are a preview from my NorthEastern USA Military AI (NEUMAI) Package, which will include repaints for all the F-16C's and D's flown by "The Cobras".

This is a complete simulation of the Piaggio PD-808. It includes advanced engine management, realistic systems, and some failure modeling. The model features a complete 3-D virtual cockpit,and a 2-D panel. The external model features all typical animations plus a load of custom ones. Also incluides all custom special effects, including different selectable floodlights for the virtual cockpit (by simply flicking ON the proper light switch on the cockpit itself). Plus with a fly-on-the-numbers flight dynamics file. Includes full documentation. THIS IS THE FS-X RELEASE. IT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH FS-2004. THERE IS ALSO A FS-2004 RELEASE THAT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH FS-X. THis is the "GE" variant of the aircraft and requires the base package "FSX_PD808RM.zip" to work.

| KLM Douglas DC-6 |

Having been an operator of the Douglas DC-2, DC-3, DC-4 and DC-5, it seemed only logical that KLM (celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2009) purchased the DC-6 for its long-haul routes. Seemed, because KLM already operated the Lockheed L-049 Constellation, the DC-6's competitor. Nevertheless, Connie and DC-6 marched on together quite well. Enclosed in this package are five repaints of DC-6's during several stages in their life with KLM. The 1957 livery of PH-DPP was an interim-livery (see the 'old fashioned' white lettering and the early-fifties style cowlings). The 1962 livery of PJ-DPI seems to have been an attempt to fit into the new house style of KLM without having to respray the fuselage, as the DC-6 reached the end of its KLM carreer anyway. These are textures only. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's FSX Douglas DC-6 (dc6_v20x.zip). Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaints by Maarten Brouwer.

| NEW Realistic HUD for the FSX F/A-18 Hornet |

A realistic head-up display (HUD) for the FSX Acceleration F/A-18 Hornet. The HUD is an enhanced version of the original HUD for the F/A-18 by Scott Printz. The original functionality Scott built into it is preserved, and the following new features are added: 1) Precise ILS and TACAN navigation for aircraft carriers (including moving carriers) that allow carrier landings in low visibility and at night. 2) The HUD symbology is conformal to the outside world: The horizon bar stays on the horizon, velocity vector shows actual flight path as read against the outside world (if you keep your vector pointed at a certain spot on the runway, this is exactly where you will land). 3) Caged mode with ghost vector for use in heavy side wind conditions. 4) Elements repositioned to make the HUD look as close as possible to the real Hornet HUD. | Lost River ASU Observatories |

File Description:
This is a fictitous scenery of the Alaska State University operated North-Western observatories.
It is located near LSR_Lost River and AK45_Lost River_2 on the Western coast of Alaska.
LSR, AK45 and KPC_Port Clarence have been upgraded with hangers and various objects.
LSR, AK45 and the (2) mountain top observatories have been upgraded with helipads along with various ground vehicles including snocats, aircraft, misc buildings and hangers. The main observatory complex has a main rooftop pad and a heli-tower. These helipads were designed for heli practice. some are on the ground and others are a bit more challenging.
There is a map included which shows the locations of the observatory complexes in relation to the airports. There is also a small research facility located to the east which is indicated on the map. This fictional scenery was design with default FSX 3D objects and (1) addon library, fa_ez-arctic_set by Finney Air, Robert Finnegan.

The Sukhoi Su-27 is a one-seat Mach-2 class jet fighter originally manufactured by the Soviet Union, and designed by the Sukhoi Design Bureau. The Su-27's basic design is aerodynamically similar to the MiG-29, but it is substantially larger. It is a very large aircraft, and to minimize its weight its structure has a high percentage of titanium (about 30%, more than any of its contemporaries). No composite materials were used. The swept wing blends into the fuselage at the leading edge extensions and is essentially a delta, although the tips are cropped for wingtip missile rails or ECM pods. The Su-27 is not a true delta, however, because it retains conventional tailplanes, with two vertical tailfins outboard of the engines, supplemented by two fold-down ventral fins for additional lateral stability.
