| Transition Level Converter v1.2 |

File Description:
An utility to automatically convert the Transition Altitude of an airport in the Transition Level, depending upon the QNH. Simply choose the airport, press the OK button and here it is the METAR, the TA and the TL for that airport! Since version 1.2 it also calculate the wind component(TAIL/HEAD) for each runways of a certain airport.
To work properly, the converter needs a TXT file with the airport list and the TA and RWYs: this file can be customized following the instruction given in the README file which is in the archieve.

This is level 2 of my FSXSimcopter Series. This level is in a password protected zip folder, so you would have needed to complete Level 1 of SimWesterly in order to get the passcode to open this mission. I have added a folder by Len Hickman of scenery objects that he made for FS2004. They will work with FSX however some objects texture files do not work. I used some of his objects in this mission.
