Edinburgh with Crosswind Runways

File Description:
A High quality AFCAD2 file for Edinburgh Airport (EGPH) with Crosswind runways. Built using CAA charts, this file gives you all the real life parking and taxiways at this airport, including the newly extended taxiway 'A'. A tower view is provided, and assigned gates for each airline that serves the airport. Both Cargo areas are represented, as well as the GA apron. Using the crosswind runway technique, runways 06/24 and 12/30 will now be used at the same time for take-off and landing. Taxiway 'L' and Runway 12/30 have both been extended especially for this purpose. This pack contains 2 setup Options - you can have asphalt taxiways or concrete taxiways. Requires the feeware FS2004 Edinburgh Airport scenery by Ian Gallacher. Not suitable for the default FS2004 airport.

Belfast - Aldergrove International Airport, Northern Ireland (EGAA)

An AFCAD2 for Belfast/Aldergrove (EGAA) airport, UK. The airport has been completely reconfigured to provide as many parking spots as possible. It features all current real life taxiways and near real parking. Additional taxiways and parking positions have also been added to the airport. Both runways have been slightly extended, new approach lighting has been addd and by using the crosswind runway techniqe, both runways are now available for simultaneous use. Assigned parking for all airlines serving this airport, including UK Air Force and Army military transports, is included. This is for the default FS2004 airport only.

Winnipeg Intl with Crosswind Runways

File Description:
A high quality AFCAD2 file for Winnipeg Int'l airport, Manitoba, Canada. This file has been built from scratch using information from the internet. This AFCAD2 will extend the runways as follows - 07/25 is now 9000ft, 13/31 is now 9100ft and 18/36 is now 12000ft long. In addition, improvements have been made to runway lighting, VASI and approach lighting. Assigned parking is provided for all commercial airlines that serve YWG and also for the following companies - FedEx, UPS, Perimiter Aviation, Esso, Shell, Skyward Aviation and the Canadian Armed Forces. This airport also features extensive GA parking, Helicopter pads, Air Canada maintenance area, new taxiways and improved apron and taxiway night lighting. Using the crosswind runway technique, all 3 runways can also now be used simultaneously. There are 2 versions included here - (1) Concrete taxiways and runways, (2) Asphalt Taxiways and runways. This file is only for use with the addon scenery by Adam Bentley and David Madge (cywg_v101.zip) and has not been tested with the default airport.

Default Las Vegas McCarran with activated X-Wind Runways

File Description:
A High quality AFCAD2 file for the default FS2004 Las Vegas McCarran airport. This file has been completely rebuilt from scratch using information from the latest FAA charts (17th March 2005). All Aprons have been completely rebuilt and are modelled to be as near real as possible. Improvements have been made to the taxiways, and newly built taxiways 'Romeo' and 'Zulu' have been added to the airport. The 'crosswind runway technique' has been applied to this airport to activate all runways for simultaneous use. Runways 01R/19L and 7L/25R will both be used for simultaneous take-offs whilst 01L/19R and 7R/25L will both be used for simultaneous landings, all dependent on wind direction. Full night lighting has been provided for taxiways, runways and aprons and a 'Tower View' is now available. Full 'ALSF-2' approach lighting has been added to the landing runways to assist your approaches in poor visibility. The final runway modification is a 200ft overrun area at each end of runway 7R/25L only. All real life gates at this airport are now available for use, they are correctly numbered as per real life and have the correct airline assigned to them. A new 'RJ' area with 12 stands for America West Express has also been added to the main apron, near the B concourse. Terminal 2 now has overflow parking to provide more space during peak periods. The 'Janet' (Area 51) shuttle area has been represented and has 8 coded stands for the 737s that use the terminal. Random parking has also been placed on the Executive Terminal area and also at 'Signature Parking' on the south west side. Finally, there are a number of parking stands provided on the cargo area also. This file has been fully tested and all traffic flows as it should. If you have a large amount of traffic flowing thru LAS, this file will certainly bring the airport to life. Enjoy!!

Voicepack Update for Doncaster

File Description:
A voicepack update for the new Doncaster Airport in the UK. Install using the 'Editvoicepack' software. After installation, instead of hearing the airport as "Echo Golf Charlie November" over ATC you will hear it as "Doncaster". United Airlines Boeing 747-SP

File Description:
United Airlines registration number N145UA repaint for Mike Stone's B747-SP. United Airlines received many B747-SP from Pan Am, however only N145UA (formerly Clipper Lindberg) received the 90's grey top livery. The same airplane is currently in service with NASA, presumably with registration N747NA. 100% hand painted, all MIPS removed for best clarity, and provided in DXT3 format for maximum framerate friendliness. Metro Oakland Int'l (KOAK) with Active Crosswind Runways

File Description:
A high spec AFCAD2 for the default FS2004 Metro Oakland Int'l Airport (KOAK). This afcad has been built from scratch using FAA Charts, various aerial photographs and information from the Airport Website. All runways feature real life lengths/widths and include overrun areas. All taxiways are named and all aprons are reworked to be as real as possible according to photos. All gates are named and have airlines assigned to them. As per real life, only Southwest Airlines will use Terminal 2, all other airlines being allocated to Terminal 1. The Fedex and UPS aprons are represented and can accomodate up to 20 cargo aircraft. The final parking area is random GA parking to the north of the airport. Overflow parking is also available for rush hour periods. This airport now features a tower view and also upgraded night and approach lighting. Finally, by using the crosswind runway technique, runways 9L/27R, 9R/27L and 11/29 can all be used simultaniously for take-off and landing. Runway 15/33 is closed as it is not used in real life.
