From Pre Start - Startup - Before Taxi - Taxi - Before Takeoff - Takeoff - Climb Out - Cruise - Descent - Approach - Landing - Taxi To Ramp - Shutdown - Securing Aircraft - to "cold". FS2002+FS2004 versions had more than 13'000 downloads.

Copy the folder "texture.Sky Lease cargo" into :\Microsoft Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\PMDG747-400F
Add the following lines with notepad to your PMDG747-400F Aircraft.cfg file
Paste it right after the last [fltsim.xx] Rename "fltsim.Xx" to next number in sequence ie: fltsim.6 etc
You have this same information in a note pad inside the zipped file with support email.
