Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport YSSY Single-Layer AFCAD

File Description:
This single-layer AFCAD file, named YSSYBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Kingsford Smith International Airport in Sydney, Australia. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways are available for FS2K2 to select the active. The file ID is YSSY and has the following gate distribution: Heavy-7, Medium-5, Small-19, Express-0, GA-6. I have included Lee Swordy's AF Installer along with this file. It automatically installs it into FS2002. To use the installer, simply click on the file YSSYBB.txt and drag it onto the AF Installer icon.

Cathay Pacific Airways Boeing 747-400B 'B-HUA' The Spirit of Hong Kong SE

File Description:
The plane uses 32-bit texture with alpha layer to make some high reflections on the fuselage. Cathay Pacific The Spirit of Hong Kong (B-HUA) is a type Boeing 747-400. The is a fictional paint of a Cathay Pacific aircraft.

This is a Second Edition of the previous paint of B-HOZ. This paint scheme has a new gradual change background of white-green colour, and includes the ifc Phase 2 (International Finance Centre, the tallest building in Hong Kong), Hong Kong Convention And Exhibition Centre New Wing, The Center, Cheung Kong Centre and etc, comparing with the old VR/B-HIB paint scheme. Lufthansa Boeing 737-230 'Landshut'

File Description:
In October 1977, this Lufthansa Boeing 737-230 "Landshut" (D-ABCE) became famous when it was hijacked by terrorists on its flight as LH181 from PMI to FRA. After 5 days the German special command GSG9 finished the torture of the aircraft's passengers and crew members in Mogadishu. The repaint of the "Landshut" is intended to remember those days ans especially as a Flight Simulator's memorial to Cpt. Juergen Schumann, who was killed aboard of the "Landshut" after returning from checking the aircraft's landing gear. This repaint is based upon the 737-200 from FFX /SGA and photos of the real "Landshut". To enjoy this aircraft you should use Helio Estrela's Boeing 737-200 (also available on avsim.com) and a soundset for the Pratt & Whitney JT8-D engines. Have fun with this aircraft!

Fuerza Aerea Uruguaya C-47A-25-DK T-509

File Description:
Fuerza Aerea Uruguaya C-47A-25-DK T-509, C/N 13744 built a Oklahoma City production plant for the USAAF as 42-93793. This plane was delivered in ferry flight from Glendale the 18/05/1950(crew Tte.Cnel.M.Sención y el Tte.1º.R.Bendahan) arriving to Montevideo the 30/5/1950. The plane was retired the 22/6/77 after 27 years of service with the FAU. Flew also under the matriculation civil CX-BHO. The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont, original textures are by Jan Visser. Repainted by Daniel Nole. In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

RAF-AVIA Saab340B 'YL-RAG' and 'YL-RAH'

File Description:
This packet includes my repaints "Saab340B RAF-AVIA YL-RAG and YL-RAH". I use layered paintkit (and new base textures) by Tony Fosler. RAF-AVIA, based in Riga, Latvia, has decided to acquire a Saab 340A Cargo (YL-RAH, YL-RAG) aircraft from Saab Aircraft Leasing. The aircraft will be used by RAF-AVIA for contract work in Europe starting in August. RAF-AVIA started their Cargo operation in 1990. Their current fleet consists of 5 Antonov An-26B (YL-RAA,RAB, RAC, RAD, RAE) for Cargo operations and one An-74 (YL-RAF)for passenger charters. The An-26Bs are currently operated for contract work for some of the global integrators across Europe. RAF-AVIA also uses the type on cargo ad-hoc basis and for various mail contracts.

Italian Air Force Supermarine Spitfire Mk Vb

File Description:
The Spitfire MK V was one of the best known marks, powered by the Merlin 46 of 1440 hp. It served from the Summer of 1941 on, and was the first Spitfire to serve overseas.The trop was modified to operate in dusty and adverse envionments such as North Africa. These modifications extracted a small performance penalty. The Regia Aeronautica (Royal Italian Air Force) received 53 Spitfires Mk V from R.A.F., during August of 1944, but , due to their poor conditions, only 33 of them were used. These planes, assigned to 20 Gruppo of 51 Stormo were based on Galatina Airport (Lecce, Italy). Two of these Spits flown during the last mission of Regia Aeronautica during WW2 (5 May 1945). Textures only for payware 'Sky Unlimited Spitfire Mk V'. Repaint by Manuele Villa.

Mesh South America / MeSA Galapagos

File Description:
This terrain mesh file is a part of a whole project covering all the Continent of South America and some islands, divided in tiles identified in a map by its column (letters) and rows (numbers). Those files were multi-LOD compiled from 90m SRTM2 source data, reprocessed with 3DEM to remove voids and spikes, providing a 76.4m (LOD9) horizontal resolution topography intended for use only in FSX updated with SP1. Although not well documented, to improve performance, the updated FSX loads DEM files in threads and only the closer terrain (about 5 NM from the point of view) is rendered in high detail, while at far distances FSX shows up its default low resolution mesh, when there is not a third part terrain mesh compiled in all others intermediate level of details (multi-LOD).

File Description: A representation of St. Kitts using photo-real scenery along with hand placed autogen. Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport is an international airport located just northeast of Basseterre, on the island of Saint Kitts, serving the nation of Saint Kitts and Nevis. New construction started late 2004. Up to 6 wide bodied jets can now be accommodated on the tarmac. The airport can accommodate commercial jumbo jets and handles scheduled non-stop jet flights to Canada and the United States, as well as numerous regional commuter flights from within the Caribbean area. For the best results of this scenery, PWSceneries Volume 5 has to be installed. Features included are custom photo scenery covering the entire island, hand placed autogen, detailed 3D Objects and custom buildings. Works in FSX and P3D.
