File Description:
King Shaka International Airport, named after Shaka, leader of the Zulu nation in the early 19th century, also known as La Mercy Airport (after the area in which it is situated) and abbreviated as KSIA, will be the primary airport serving Durban, South Africa. Located at La Mercy, approximately 35 kilometers (22 mi) north of the city centre, it is expected to open on May 1, 2010 (just over a month before the start of the 2010 FIFA World Cup); replacing the existing Durban International Airport. All flights handled by Durban International Airport will terminate on April 30, 2010 and will move to King Shaka International Airport overnight, with KSIA handling its first flight on May 1, 2010.
This updated version caters for AI flight plans and Aircraft.

File Description:
The Dornier 328-Jet is a development of the existing and popular 328 Turboprop, fitted with Pratt & Whitney PW306B turbofan engines (each producing 6,050 pounds of thrust) instead of the twin PW119B turboprops that the original 328 sports. Seating 32 passengers in a 2-1 seating configuration, the 328-Jet carries a heavier load over a greater distance at a higher speed, making less noise than the original 328. Gandalf Airlines remain one of the few operators of the 328-Jet, owning 7 of them, and 1 328-110 turboprop. This is a repaint of D-BGAR, one of the 328-Jets they still own and operate. TEXTURES ONLY! You MUST have Mike Stone's Dornier 328-Jet installed in order to use this file. It is obtainable from AVSIM or from Mike's homepage (http://www.pmstone.com).

File Description:
A320 IAE V2500-A5@27000Lbs With LIP v1.7 (Lift Improvement Package) by Alan Fernandes and improved A-FLOOR protection by Edson Costa. Application of LIP on A320-IAE has been developed with the main objective to improve landing performance at SDU (PR-MAG and PR-MAK). LIP allows to reduce the approach speed by 6-7 kt for operational landing weights. Note: Preliminary estimate of the speed benefit was around 4kt. Five structural modifications have been introduced to change the aerodynamic configuration of the aircraft: 3 modifications on the wing leading edge, 1 modification on the engine nacelle (not modeled) and 1 modification on the wing trailing edge. 6 ATR-42-300 and 9 B.737-300 and 700 series(models B.737-38J,B.737-78J and one B.737-36Q).All 707´s and soviet types are now stored and out of service.The two A310 are in reserve and also out of service or saled the fleet of ROMBAC 1-11(BAC 1-11 build under licence by Romaero.The ATR´s are the subtitute for the olds BAC 1-11 and medium soviet types.TAROM ATR42 served national destinations(Cluj,Constanta,Tirgu Mures,Timisoara,Satu Mare,Oradea,Iasi,etc)and some others INternationals like Athens,Thessaloniki and Chisinau.TAROM main hub is located at Bucarest Otopeni Intl airport. I have included a serie of 64 TAROM flights, all served with the B.737-300´s and ATR42-500´s. Also included a new complete revised AirFile for the ATR42-500 type(23-04-04)with the right engine power, consum,weight parameters,fuel,aerodynamics,etc for a right ATR42-500 model.
