Airport baggage cart vehicle "sinking into ground" fix

File Description:
This fixes two airport vehicles, VEH_air_bagcart_blue_sm and VEH_air_bagcart_FlatNose_Grey_sm, which were sinking 1 or 2 feet into the ground with the standard FSX install. The zip file includes two edited replacement sim.cfg files, one for each vehicle, with changed contact point values. No other changes were made.

This is a repaint of Massimo Taccoli's Cessna L-19 / O-1 (L19v2MIL.zip + L19v2MFX.zip). Aircraft is depicted in French Army Aviation (ALAT) service as it appeared early in the Algerian conflict sporting an olive drab livery with large white upper wing stripes. Repaint by Michel Gerard.
