| USAAF B-24H "Little Warrior" 493rd BG 8th AAF |

File Description:
This B-24H-20-FO 42-94812 was produced at the Ford Company's Willow Run plant. It was assigned to the 861st Bomb Sqdn, 493rd Bomb Group, 8th AAF, flying out of Debach, England. On 29 Jun 1944 the 2Lt John H Hansen flew this aircraft on a mission to Quakenbruk, Germany. When flak punctured the fuel transfer system in the bomb bay, "Little Warrior" instantly turned into a fiery blow torch before blowing up over Fallersleben, Germany. All the crew perished. I offer this repaint as a memorial to all those airmen who met with sudden death in the skies of WWII. Textures only, requires the original PAYWARE Alpha-Sim aircraft.

| USAAF B-24D "Brewery Wagon" 376th BG 9th AAF |

File Description:
This B-24D-25-CO #41-24294 was assigned to the 512th Bomb Squadron, 376th Bomb Group, 9th AAF. This aircraft was assigned to 1Lt Bob Storz and he named the ship after their family brewery in Omaha, Nebraska. On the 1 Aug 1943 Ploesti mission, 1Lt John Palm's crew took it to that fiery target. Realizing the 376th lead ship and commander had made a wrong turn, Palm broke away and made directly for the refineries by himself. Severely battered by the ground defenses, Palm struggled toward the target. They never made it for Hauptmann Wilhelm Steinmann from 1/JG4 found the cripple and shot them down. Palm and seven other men emerged from the wreck to become POWs. They had the dubious distinction of being the first Liberator to fall to the defenses that day. | USAAF B-24D "The Sandman" 98th BG 9th AAF |

File Description:
B-24D-55-CO #42-40402 was assigned to the 345th Bomb Squadron, 98th Bomb Group, 9th AAF. This aircraft was assigned to 1Lt Bob Sternfels and a photo of this ship clearing the Ploesti refineries was often published following the 1 Aug 1943 mission. The nose art depicts Donald Duck carrying a large "sand bad" which is spilling bombs from it. The mission markers were miniatures of the larger art. "The Sandman was lost Sunday 19 Dec 1943 on a mission to theMesserschmitt Plant Augsburg, Germany. Its wreckage was later found in the 1980s in the Italian Dolomite mountains.

| B-24 USAAF 449th BG "Big Noise from Kentucky" |

File Description:
B-24H 42-52149 "Big Noise from Kentucky" flew 25 missions with the 718th BS/ 449th BG, based in Grottaglie, Italy, 1944. She was credited with four downed fighters during a raid on Udine 0n 30 jan 1944. She was shot down by flak over Bor, Yugoslavia on 5 may 1944, returning from Ploesti. The crew managed to return to base, except for the co-pilot, who broke his ankle on landing, and was captured. The aircraft was named by the 1st pilot, Lt. In December, 2005, Shanghai Airlines was elected observer in the Star Alliance after a unanimous votes. On May 10, 2006, the "Star Alliance Welcomes Shanghai Airlines" MOU Signing Ceremony set foot on Shanghai, accordingly, Shanghai Airlines is granted the full membership by the end 2007, announced Jaan Albrecht, CEO of Star Alliance.
