This is repaint of TBF-1C avenger #95 of VT-2 during 1944-45 operations. TBM-1C #95 assigned to VT-2 aboard the USS Hornet(CV-12). During Hornet deployment in 1944, #95 of VT-2 made impressive record. 53 bombing hits and 3 torpedo hits. It's score was represented by Hit-marks on the right side of fuselage. You'll need MAAM-sim TBM/TBF Avenger to use this repaint.

YWSX Westonia - Town, airstrip and Edna May Goldmine - Westonia, Tidy Town for 2009, is located in Western Australia's wheat belt, 316 kilometres east of Perth, 306 kilometres west of Kalgoorlie and 55 kilometres east of Merredin. Catalpa Resources Ltd Edna May Mine Operations boasts an impressive forward sold position of 352,316 ounces of gold at A$1,557.50 per ounce. At a hedge book weighted average gold price of A$1,400 per ounce Catalpa expects to realise an average cash operating margin of A$72 million per annum. Westonia "Airport" is a spartan sand strip with a windsock and no cones, visited by the RFDS monthly and used by one or two locals. After the Republic of the Congo (Leopoldville; since 1965 Kinshasa) gained independence in 1960 from Belgium, the Belgian national airline Sabena continued to operate routes in the country. Plans for the formation of a Congolese airline were delayed due to the Congo Crisis. However, in January 1961 a protocol was signed with Sabena for the creation of a limited liability company to be named Air Congo. On 1961 the company was formed, and incorporated on 28 June with Sabena providing technical assistance and personnel. The initial fleet of Air Congo consisted of ex-Sabena Douglas DC-3s, DC-4s and DC-6s. The first international destinations served by the carrier were Entebbe, Luanda, Nairobi and Ndola. The last "short" DC-6 was disposed of in 1970. Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

File Description:
YMGM Mount Gibson Gold Mine (Care and Maintenance - Legend Mining Ltd), started life as a gold mining operation in 1986 following the discovery of gold in outcropping laterite (ironstone). Mining was conducted until 1998, with 95% of ore coming from 14 open pits. The operation produced 870,000 ounces of gold from 16.5Mt of ore at an average grade of 1.68 grams per tonne (g/t). The current gold Mineral Resource (Indicated and Inferred) is 8,754,000 tonnes at an estimated grade of 1.98 g/t gold (559,000 ounces of gold). This resource is not economic at the current gold price. An extensive rehabilitation programme involving the decommissioning of the plant/mill infrastructure is currently being undertaken with a view to reducing environmental bonds. Lake Powell East / Natural Bridges National Monument, Utah, Photo-Scenery (FS9 & FSX)
This scenery covers the eastern part of Lake Powell from just south of Hite (UT03) and goes down south along White Canyon, Natural Bridges National Monument and the Grand Gulch Primitive Area all the way to the San Juan River. It extends my Canyonlands sceneries to the south and brings you another 3.500 sq km of wonderful southern Utah in 4.7m/pix quality. To explore the scenery depart from Cal Black Memorial Apt. (U96) and head east. High resolution versions of this scenery for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/CNY_South2West.html. File Description:
This expansive airfield was built to serve as a home to over 100 of the Air Force's then-new B-36 Peacemaker. It's strategic location made it a natural location for a SAC (Strategic Air Command)base and so it has served for over 40 years. However the B-36 itself was destined to be short-lived in Air Force service and Loring replaced its B-36s with new jet B-52 bombers in 1956. This scenery attempts to capture the base during it's cold-war years of the 1970's. Scenery contains all-new custom objects for Loring Air Force Base as well as utilizing some common objects from the standard scenery libraries used by MAIW. Although there are no aircraft included with this package, the separate instruction sheet will guide users in easily obtaining quality AI aircraft that are appropriate to the period.

This file updates Flytampa's SFO to May 2010. All overnight parking and all airlines flying to SFO are accommodated in their correct spots. Several airlines that pulled out of SFO in the past year or so are also included. Some additions since my last file a few years back include the Skywest gates 76A-B,77A-B,78A-B, and 87A which weren't around at the time. The old US Airways rotunda is blocking several Terminal A gates that Virgin America uses, so chances are most of your Virgin America planes will be in the overnight parking.
