File Description:
L'Air Azur's latest addition is the famous Junkers Ju52.
This aircraft, while making it's history in the late 30's and 40's,
the Swiss Air Force had some flying up into the 1980's. That's over 50 years.
A remarkable feat, and only a very few can even come close to it's longevity.
Thanks to Pierino Primavesi for his absolutely wonderful aircraft model and to
Heather Sherman for her outstanding un-painted textures. These are textures only
and require the (ju52blnk.zip), available here at AVSIM.

FS2004/FSX EditVoicepack Callsign file for Ju-Air, JUR/--, Switzerland. Uses the German pronunciation. This is part of our 2nd round of EditVoicepack files (see aig_tower_release_2.zip). Our goal is to provide accurate ATC calls in order to provide Microsoft Flight Simulator traffic with quality ATC. These sounds are the best that we have been able to compile and are accurate as of release date and to the extent that our data and the limitations of the EditVoicepack allow. I created these textures for those who may wish to try their hand at applying their own livery. This is a complete package and my appreciation and thanks goes out to Pierino Primavesi for his liberal permission to work with his files. Animated model, flight model, 2D-panel, XML-metric-gauges, virtual cockpit and cabin, instrument lightning, reflective texture, html check/ref lists, html manual. The plane is perfectly flyable from inside the 3D cockpit. I also wish to thank Herb "Lizardo" Morse for his dynamics tweaks.
It is not necessary but I HIGHLY recommend downloading Mr. Primavesi's original model with numerous historical liveries, filename ju52v60.zip; available in the avsim file library. The textures are 32-bit format with no mip-maps to preserve image clarity.

Re-uploaded by Leen de Jager (contact me for info about this package). Junkers-52/3M FS2004 Modell V.2 by O.Fischer (VC included) .
The Ju52 was widely used in the thirties. It made many experimental flights all over the world and routes into the Far East were made possible by this aircraft.
The "Junkers-Flugzeugwerke" in Dessau developed it originally as a single engine cargo aircraft in 1930, under chief constructor Ernst Zindel (Dipl. Ing). A few months later construction began on the well known three-engined JU 52/3m, the change was triggered by several interested airlines looking for a reliable design. This version saw commercial service first in 1932. Safety and reliability were equal to todays jet planes. Model and Copyright by Oliver Fischer.

This folder contains a repaint for the Percival Sea Prince by Rob Richardson, in the colors of Hunting Percival Tp-83 83008 Pembroke #08 of F11 Squadron of the Flygvapnet (Swedish Air Force), based in Skavsta. One of 16 Pembrokes operated by the Swedish Air Force, the aircraft still exists and is on exhibiton at the Flygvapenmuseum in Linköping, painted as #85 of F13. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Rob Richardson.
