File Description:
We have 5 takeoffs in Russia and 5 in China. Snow flurries gets us started in our Concorde. Be prepared for some long haul hops. The A340 makes its second appearance! Can you taxi then takeoff in heavy dense fog? I did! Don’t forget to enjoy the scenery and the Aurora Borealis. We are making steady progress towards Taiwan and Japan in the upcoming packs.

Hopping Round the World Adventure - Pack 74

File Description:
We have 8 takeoffs in Japan and 2 in Korea. Some winter rain as we make some nice hops. On the last leg it starts out so innocently but can be fatal as you prepare to land. IFR anyone? We have mapped out our progress on our way to Alaska. See the Progress Map. So far, 747 takeoffs and landings and 140,727 miles flown.

"Traffic View Board" Updated files for v3

File Description:
This is the third update for the excellent Traffic View Board by Arnt Helge Haland. The airlines file is a bit older and I added many airlines with their callsigns and ICAO/IATA codes which I was missing while using this wonderful tool. I also added the new airports VTBS - Bangkok (Thailand) and RJGG - Nagoya (Japan). Read the readme.txt carefully for more needful information.

JAL Cargo Airbus A340-600F

File Description:
Japan Airlines does not currently look at becoming the launch customer of an eventual A340-600F; therefore, this repaint is purely fictional. The A340-600F has been fictionally designed to replace early-generation 747s that serve as freighters. This bird can fly 245,000 lbs of cargo at 5,300 nm. Included therein are the base pack, Ken Mitchell's Airbus twinjet panel and the Trent 500 sound set. Enjoy the flights.

SAT Airlines Russia Summer 2007

File Description:
SAT Airlines (Sakhalinskie Aviatrassy) is a Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk based operator, that provides scheduled regional air services in Russia's Far East and to destinations in the People's Republic of China, South Korea and Japan. Domestic scheduled destinations: Blagoveshchensk, Burevestnik, Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Okha, Vladivostok and Yuzhno-Kurilsk. International scheduled destinations are Seoul, Sapporo, Hakodate and Harbin. Data taken from the airlines web site. Tested with TTools (bgl-file included).

Vladivostok Air (also know as Vladivostok Avia) is operating a fleet of A320, Tu-154, Tu-204 and Yak-40 from their hubs at Vladivostok and Moscow Vnukovo. Most of their flights are to domestic destinations within Russia. Korean Air Lines used L-1049H during late 1960s These Super Connies flew to Japan and Southeast Asia. After Hanjin Corporation who operated Air Korea(Charter Airline whom operated L-1649 Starliner) bought KAL, these Super Connies started its retirement with DC-3s and DC-4s
