Northwest Airlines Project Opensky 747-400 V4. Model Features include fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, main gear steering, trim animation, opening passenger doors, opening cargo doors, dynamic flexing wings, animated tilting bogies, rolling wheels, animated thrust reversers, fully reflective textures ( each part has different degree of reflection based on material ), accurate flight dynamics ( accurate FDE with full profiles for wheels, tires, struts, leading/trailing struts, engine types ... Tested by real pilots.), newly re-defined individual part damage profiles, accurate spoiler animation, detailed textures, full night lighting, visible landing lights from the cockpit, reflective cockpit windows, crash effects, transparent nav light lenses, newly re-defined individual part damage profiles. File Description:
Overland produced a wonderful aircraft package that covers just about all the modern jets you could wish to fly. A free service pack update from Overland fixed some anomalies, but also left a few behind. This update addresses those shortcomings to make things more realistic without adding unnecessary complexity. This is an update to the 747-400 only. Requires the Overland package. Please see my other Overland FDE updates. They are all designed to simulate Airbus/Boeing family commonality. This update also fixes exterior views in 2-D mode for those using the default Overland panel.

This FSX repaint represents the PMDG 747-400X Queen of the Skies and the livery for Transaero. The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and now features DDS DXT5 textures and updated night textures which increase the illumination of the fuselage and tail at night.
PMDG 747-400X for FSX required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.
