This livery was the original livery for Air 2000 when they formed in the late 1980s and also served as a template for the Canada 3000 livery.

File Description:
Thomas Cook Airlines Boeing 757-200 Egypt Special livery G-TCBB for the Quality Wings 757 collection. This particular aircraft's first flight was in June 1999 and originally delivered to National Airlines making it just over 12.5 years old to date. It was acquired by Thomas Cook Airlines UK in January 2011 and was painted in TCX livery with a special decal sticker advertising Egypt thereafter.
Only tested in FSX, but should work fine in FS9. Requires the Quality wings 757 Collection.
