It's a sound file composed for C-130 Hercules transport plane.A dedication to all the C-130 pilots who are not with us today.The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is a four-engine turboprop cargo aircraft and the main tactical airlifter for military forces worldwide. Over 40 models and variants of the Hercules serve with more than 50 nations.This plane shares Four Allison turboprop engines that are attached to the wings. The engine nacelles have cowl panels and access doors forward of a vertical firewall. Clam-shell doors are located aft of the vertical firewall. Air enters the engine through a scoop assembly at the front of the acelle.

Republic P-47D-20 365th FG (B4-J) "the Madam"

File Description: This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-15-RE 42-75845 B4-J "The Madam". It was the assigned aircraft of Lieutenant John H. Fetzer, from Shreveport Louisiana, of the 387th FS/ 365th FG during D-Day. He was flying as wingman of Capt. Arlo Henry on 6 June 1944, D-Day, when they spotted a number of Tiger tanks trying to hide in a castle. Capt Henry blew up the castle with his bombs, while Lt Fetzer attacked a Tiger with his 1000 lb bombs. His first bomb exploded harmlessly in a field, but his second "my contribution to D-Day" exploded right behind the Tiger, flipping it over 3 times. As for 42-75845, she proved to be a very strong lady. It began its career with the initial start of operations of the 365h FG, with Lt. Fetzer as its original pilot. He named the aircraft after his future wife, Helen. It flew its 200th mission in March 1945, and continued right to the end of the war, as the only remaining original Thunderbolt of the 365th. She was shot up several times, had wings and engines replaced and countless holes patched, but its crew chief, Joe DiMaio remarked that as long as 'the Madam' came back, he would keep her flying, and he did. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.

Heinkel P-1079A Night-Fighter

File Description:
Heinkel P-1079, a new twin-jet fighter project of the Heinkel Aircraft Construction Corp. was designed in five variations, all under the same designation. The first of these advanced designs, the Heinkel P-1078A was basically developed as a two-seated nightfighter. The pilot and the gunner/navigator were sitting in tandem position. The wings were swept back 35 degrees, mounted to mid-fuselage. The tail had a V-shaped rudder. The armament were three Rheinmetall-Borsig MK 108 30mm cannons in the nose and 24 R4-M 'Orkan' high explosive rockets on two racks mounted under the wings. Another feature of armament was the so-called 'schraege musik' with four upward-firing 20 mm Mauser MG 151/20 autocannons, mounted in the back of the aircraft. Therefore, the nightfighter had to approach and attack bombers from below, guided into position by commands from the navigator. The aircraft should be equipped with the new FUG 228 radar unit. This sophisticated radar would have empowered the aircraft with an almost all-weather ability. The engines were located in the wing roots. This version should be fitted with two Junkers Jumo 004D turbojet engines with two-stage fuel injector, each with 8.8 kN of power.

The max. speed was about Mach 0.89 = 950kph
The Range 1079.22nm = 1241.9 sm = 2000 km
The max. Service Ceiling was up to 51,000 ft = 15,545m

Bleriot XI F-AZPG

File Description: This folder contains a repaint for the Bleriot XI by Wings42 in the colors of Bleriot XI-2 F-AZPG, a replica Bleriot XI, based with the Amicale Jean-Baptiste Salis in La Ferte Alias in France. Adolphe Pégoud, whose name is on the wings, was a French pilot and flight instructor who became the first fighter ace in WW1. He was the first pilot to make a parachute jump from an airplane, and was the second pilot to fly a loop. He died when he was shot down by one of his prewar German students on 31 August 1915 at the age of 26. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom
