This is the SibWings Antonov An-2 Loadmanager, which was done by myself for the SibWings An-2. It is a simple programmed application which lets you change the passenger on board, the amount of cargo and the amount of fuel. This application has been uploaded here, as the SibWings Forums are down.
Included is a ReadMe.pdf, which you should read completely as it explains the application, every function of it and how it is to handle.

FS2002 Version 3.0. This aircraft is a product of ten months of work and has been completely scratch rebuilt in GMax and is not based on previous versions. Main features are reflective textures; animated flexing wings; animated control surfaces; dynamic wing views; nosegear and maingear steering; animated passenger and cargo doors; animated tilting and compressing gear struts; compound slats; and a lot more. Here is a repaint of Meljet's ( www.meljet.com ) 747-400 version 3 Gmax. This is in Eastern Airlines livery. Although Eastern had only a few 747's in their fleet, They only had one 747 that was in full Eastern livery. Thanks to Melvin Rafi of Meljet for a really nice a/c . This a/c includes
reflective textures , opening cabin door and cargo door. Original model by Meljet, repainted by Mike Bryant using Meljets paintkit. Enjoy!

Runways 27R, 27L, 5 are selectively used per overlay. Two versions: Randomnised Gates and Normal Gates. For use with AFCAD.

You may have seen a similar plane just like this repainted by me, this one includes more features such as : The Belly is now painted, Main Cargo Door greatly improved, Main passenger door greatly improved, and ALL REFLECTIVE textures, unlike my previous release of this plane.
