Willis Gliderport, 1X4.

File Description:
1X4, Willis Gliderport, now designated FA44 by the FAA is a private community airport located in Boynton Beach, Florida. It was developed by my good friend Bill Willis who was my mentor when I was learning to fly gliders with the Central Florida Soaring Club which he supported and maintained for many years. This glider club operated from this airport for many years. This scenery file for FS2002 is a tribute to Bill and all he has accomplished and for all of the people he has supported and mentored over the years and to the friendly folks who live at the gliderport. Savannah ICP MXP740 with Rotax912 80Hp emulating engine, belongs to Serres aero club, U/L Aircraft. This Aircraft was copied from the real one, of "Serres Aero club" witch i fly, from a little small airfield in Makedonia with name "Hortero" in the City of Serres. The Savannah, Its success is due to its great dependability and easiness of piloting. Its S.T.O.L. performances make it easy to operate from any airfield. In addition, the Savannah is a very good airplane for cross-country flights during which one can appreciate its great stability. The model of this Fabulous Airplane design it by Massimo Taccoli and panel,sound,texture and air file by me.

Airbus A330-223 Swiss Air Lines HB-IQF, C/N 262. HB-IQF : a model 223 with engines P & W PW4168A in service with Swiss Air Lines for his long range routes(Chicago, New York, Washington, Boston, Montreal,Mumbai, Dehli, etc) This is my adaptation of the excelent model by Camil Valiquette.All parameters are controlled and corriged :flight model revised and realistic(you can fly the plane at 39.000 ft); engine consum,lights positions, contact points,aircraft geometry, landing gear full retractable, engine positions, weight, power, etc.

Tarom 80s Ilyushin IL-18V

File Description:
Tarom used 14 IL-18 planes in its fleet and they were in service for more than 30 years. This is an IL-18V from the 1970s, registration YR-IMC. After three decades of service, it was preserved near the city of Campina, but it was soon destroyed by hooligans and now the wreck isn't there anymore. I made this repaint as I wanted this great aircraft to fly once again, even if only in FS. The aircraft was made by Pavel Hvatkin in gmax and features full moving parts, opening doors, reflections and night lighting. Repainted by Gergely Kósa. Uses 32-bit textures and includes two texture variations, one with very shiny metallic parts.

File Description:
The Boeing 747 first took to the skies in 1969 and since then, has revolutionized air travel for many decades. In 1989, the Boeing Company of Seattle, WA, introduced the Boeing 747-400. Externally, this aircraft looked almost the same as the ones before. However, under her looks was a brand new aircraft. This aircraft was able to fly higher, further and faster. With over 1200 747s in service, it still is widely used by many airlines around the world up till today. Just over two years ago, on August 9, 2000, one of the world's first, if not the world's first next generation FS747s for Flight Simulator were unleashed, featuring all the latest in eyecandy and FS Technology.

MIAT Mongolian Airlines (Mongolia) - Winter 05-06

File Description:
100% accurate scheduled flightplans for the winter 2005-2006 period, which have been compiled according to the company website, and cross-cheked with Amadeus database. With only four airworthy aircraft (one Airbus A310-300, one Boeing 737-800, one Antonov An-24RV and one An-26B), MIAT is operating few domestic and international services from its homebase Ulaanbaatar airport. Strangely, the Antonov An-26B doesn't seem to be assigned to any cargo scheduled flight, thus not included here. From Ulaanbaatar, they fly to: Altai, Arvaikheer, Beijing, Berlin-Tegel, Dalanzadgad, Hovd, Hovd Bulgan, Irkutsk, Moscow-Sheremetyevo, Murun, Seoul-Incheon, and Tokyo-Narita. Qantas Airways Boeing 747-400 'V-Jet'

File Description:
FS2004/2002 Boeing 747-400 Qants V-Jet livery by Ike Kalua. Registration VH-QVJ fictitious. It was fun watching mister Travolta fly in to SFO for the Aircraft History Gala at SFO recently and caught a glimpse of this at the end of the field that is now closed. The V-Jet is loud and is powerful. It climbs like a DC-9, cause it isn't heavily weighed down. This aircraft features reflective metal textures added to the engine cowls to simulate the look of polishhed Aluminum. like the kind you find on other private jets this size, and of course the V-Jet logo that made the aircraft so pretty!

Solo Around The World - Global flight of Dick Smith - 1982-83 (Stage 1)

File Description:
In 1982 Australian businessman and aviation enthusiast Dick Smith opted to fly his new Bell Jetranger 206B III back to Australia from the Bell Helicopter plant at Fort Worth, Texas. Nobody had ever flown a rotary-winged aircraft solo across the Atlantic and nor had they flown solo around the world. Dick was to accomplish both feats in 1982/1983. This package represents Stage 1 of the round-the-world flight; from Fort Worth, across to the eastern seaboard of the USA, to New York, on into Canada, to Baffin Island, Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Scotland and finally London, England, where Dick had a three-week holiday with his family before commencing Stage 2 - London to Sydney.

Hapag-Lloyd Express Boeing 737-800

File Description:
Hapag-Lloyd Express is a relatively new airline, being founded in 2002. Their fleet consists of 18 aircraft - mostly members of the Boeing 737 family, of which 3 are Boeing 737-800s. This one is D-AHFO (Boeing construction number 27987, line number 499), which first took to the air on the 22nd of February, 2000, and has since been repainted into HLX's distinctive "Taxi Cab" livery, promoting HLX as being a simple, point-to-point airline, cheap and easy to fly with. Please enjoy this repaint; making it has been like buttering toast! :o) You MUST have Mike Stone's Boeing 737-800 model in order to use this repaint (available from http://www.pmstone.com/)
