Repaint of Project Opensky's (POSKY) excellent Boeing 747-400 aircraft into the new livery of Northwest Airlines. Thank you to Tom Harlaar for letting me use his silver master textures for the fuselage and the engine cowlings. Repaint is semi-photorealistic, ensuring precise accuracy throughout the repaint, and simulating what the actual aircraft looks like in Flight Simulator. The registration of this plane is N676NW, which was the 2nd Northwest 747 to receive the new colors. Repaint includes 32-bit bitmap files for very high detail, a realistic amount of alpha for adding the perfect amount of shine to the aircraft, the mips were removed so the textures are crystal clear and not blurry. Aircraft model features full moving parts including main wheel "bogies", opening doors, animated wingviews, night lighting and more!

File Description:
This is an updated version of the same file name dated 1/28/04 and fixes issues reported by some but not all users. Please re-downloaded if you have experienced problems with the previous file.
Working with Dave Randolph has resulted in an updated version of his original C-123T. Besides a few minor fixes, it now sports a different panel and reworked flight dynamics. There is still the original paint scheme as before but also two new ones in the liveries of Ndoki Charters and Margarita Air Club. You will find a diverse cargo with each aircraft. This original model was made for FS2002 but I have done all of my repaint work in FS2004 and the model flies fine in that flight sim version as well. FSX Mesh South America Project:
This terrain mesh file is a part of a whole project covering all the Continent of South America and some islands, divided in tiles identified in a map by its column (letters) and rows (numbers).
Those files were multi-LOD compiled from 90m SRTM2 source data, reprocessed with 3DEM to remove voids and spikes, providing a 76.4m (LOD9) horizontal resolution topography intended for use only in FSX updated with SP1.
Although not well documented, to improve performance, the updated FSX loads DEM files in threads and only the closer terrain (about 5-10 NM from the point of view) is rendered in high detail, while at far distances FSX shows up its default low resolution mesh, when there is not a third part terrain mesh compiled in all others intermediate level of details (multi-LOD).
