File Description:
FS2004 Scenery--Ernest Harmon Air Force Base and Stephenville Airport (CYJT), Newfoundland, 1957-62. Originally built to facilitate the transport of US aircraft to Europe during the Second World War, during the Cold War Harmon was the biggest US base outside the USA. Like nearby Gander it was a vital refuelling point for transatlantic crossings, but also an important part of the defences against the threat of Soviet bombers carrying muclear weapons attacking the USA via the North Pole. F-89 Scorpions and then F-102 Delta Daggers were based there, and this download includes F-89s especially made for this scenery by David Wooster. It also has custom landclass adjustments by Al Von Pingel and many custom buildings by Dan French. Flight plans are provided for 1957, 1959 and 1962, doing much to recreate this significant Cold War base as it really was. By Al Von Pingel, Dan French and Ken Lawson.

File Description:
Corunna Downs heritage listed RAAF Base was a secret airfield located in scrub and spinifex country, about 16 kms south west of Marble Bar, the hottest part of the "The Pilbara" area of Western Australia. Not a very ideal place to have a tent city. Today there are very few reminders of the once busy airfield. One can see some crumbling foundations and half filled post holes. 73 OBU operated the Corunna Downs airfield which comprised two intersecting bitumen runways, now regressed and graded occasionally. One ran approximately north-south, 5,000 feet in length while the other ran approximately east-west, 7,000 feet in length. Both runways were approximately 150 feet wide. A 50 foot wide taxiway linked the northern end of the north-south runway to the western end of the east-west runway. Approximately 20 camouflaged revetments to disperse aircraft to minimise bomb damage were constructed at Corunna Downs. Permission is required for landing and there may be vegetation on the strip if not graded recently. No cones or windsock so be careful. Corunna Downs Homestead is also heritage listed and consists of graded strips and homestead complex. Start points are at the homestead and the RAAF base is to the west. Catalpa Resources Ltd Edna May Mine Operations boasts an impressive forward sold position of 352,316 ounces of gold at A$1,557.50 per ounce. At a hedge book weighted average gold price of A$1,400 per ounce Catalpa expects to realise an average cash operating margin of A$72 million per annum. Westonia "Airport" is a spartan sand strip with a windsock and no cones, visited by the RFDS monthly and used by one or two locals. | YDON Dowerin Town and Airstrip (Modelled for Dowerin Field Days) |

File Description:
YDON Dowerin is home to the Dowerin GWN Field Days, currently a two day annual event (held in the last week of August) showcasing agricultural and associated equipment, as well as providing information and services to people from rural areas. The Field Days attract on average in excess of 600 exhibitors as well as over 15,000 local and national visitors each day.
The event was first held as the Dowerin Machinery Field Day on 3 September 1965, and was the result of meetings by the Dowerin Progress Association the previous year which looked at ideas to prevent the town of Dowerin from becoming a ghost town. Some twenty exhibitors and two thousand visitors attended the first field day, with funds raised from the first event going towards funding the construction of a dam and a grassed tennis court. The event continues to be run and managed by the local community, with three full time staff and 400 volunteers involved in the event's running each year. REQUIRES Blencowe_LibraryKit.zip

Almost complete flightplans for the Air France Boeing 777-228ER (only Singapore Sunday flight is missing...); Triple 7's are really getting to be the airline's diamond tip, flying on the most important commercial routes. This wide-body new generation aircraft will appear in the North, South and Central America, in Africa, Middle East, Korea, China, Singapore and Indonesia. I also included flightplans for the last two 767's in Air France's fleet, operating towards Philadelphia and Cincinnati. Winter 02/03 official timetable. This FS2004 project is about the greek Santorini island (located in the Aegean Sea 200 km southeast from Greece's mainland) and contain two main scenery parts:
1) the "Santorini (Thira) International Airport" (Iata: JTR, Icao: LGSR) where you'll find all buldings (airport and close sourroundings buildings), hundred of custom made detailed objects, static and animated vehicles, animated scenery parts and various effects.
2)the Santorini island scenery where you'll find real hand-made landmarks (churches, factories, windmills,harbors and more), boats/ferries, completely redesigned landclasses with custom (seasonal+night) ground textures, coastlines, roads, main towns with custom greek textures, extreme autogen density and a lot of objects.
Every scenery part (frame-rate friendly thanks to the low poly design) has photoreal textures and everything is placed in the right position (wich was found at spring 2012) and in according to the satellite image.English extendet handbook is included. Watch the screenshot and the demo video on the Albysim youtube chanel and enjoy all scenery features (in this free/demo edition some features are limited).
