| Sikorsky S-72 RSRA |

File Description:
he RSRA ( Rotor Systems Research Aircraft ) was developed by Sikorsky for NASA and the Army. Configured with rotor, wings and auxiliary jets, the RSRA allows testing of new rotor concepts at speeds up to 300 knots. It can fly like a helicopter with a wing and jets, or as a fixed-wing aircraft without a rotor. The RSRA was a unique pure research aircraft developed to fill the void between design analysis, wind tunnel testing, and flight results of rotor aircraft. The joint NASA/Army project began in December of 1970, first flight on October 12, 1976 with the first of two aircraft arriving from Sikorsky to NASA on February 11, 1979. The aircraft was designed to investigate the concepts involved with stopping the main rotor in flight, with the large blades then providing aerodynamic lift assistance to the stubby conventional wings extending from the lower fuselage. This concept gave the aircraft the vertical flight stability of a helicopter, and the horizontal cruise capability of a conventional aircraft.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang (with AccuSim), in the colors of P-51D-15-NA 44-15168 6N-S "Elizabeth Jane" flew with the 505th FS, 339th FG from Fowlmere in the UK, with Lt. Cecil Bird as its regular pilot. It was later reregistered 6N-L and assigned to Lt Thomas Jeesop, who was tragically killed during a training flight on 30 june 1945 during a training flight. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

File Description:
ADS-B Live Traffic is a free of charge data provider for PSXseeconTraffic (https://www.lekseecon.nl/).
In contrast to "normal" AI programs there are no schedules needed or information about delays or about runways in use. Everything goes like in real live, automatically! Aircraft follow the real SIDs, STARs and jetways or the vectors given by real live flight controllers.
The aircraft injected in your Simulator are representations of real aircraft. They are controlled by live ATC and cannot be controlled by artificial ATC programs for Flight Simulators.

This folder contains a repaint for the Consolidated B-24J by Flight Replicas, adapted for use in P3Dv5. It shows B-24H-15-FO 42-52768 2S-E "Leo" of the 834th BS, 486th BG, May 1944. This was one of the 11 Zodiac themed aircraft of the 834th, all with noseart painted by Corporal Philip Brinkman. This aircraft later served with the 34th and 493rd BG's, before returning to the US. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Flight Replicas.

This folder contains a repaint for the Consolidated B-24J by Flight Replicas, adapted for use in P3Dv5. It shows B-24H-10-DT 41-28726 #6 "Mister Period" of the 764thBS, 461st BG. The aircraft was given her name when the pilot was told he was going to be a father just before leaving for Italy. It crash landed and was written of after a mission to Porto Marghera on June 10, 1944. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Flight Replicas.

This folder contains a repaint for the Consolidated B-24J by Flight Replicas, adapted for use in P3Dv5. It shows Consolidated B-24H-15-FO 42-52318 flown by Lt Eugene E. Mc Manus and Lt Glenn M. Strong of the 757th BS, 459th BG, 15th AF, based at Giulia Field, Cerignola, Italy, 1945. The aircraft was lost on June 9th 1944 during a mission to Munich with the crew bailing out near Lienz, Austria. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Flight Replicas.

This folder contains a repaint for the Piper Super Cub Extreme for P3Dv5 by Flight Replicas. It shows C-FVKD, Piper PA-18-150 Super Cub c/n 18-7206, built in 1960, currently based in Quebec, Canada. It was involved in a crash in a forest in 2011 (https://www.supercub.org/forum/showthread.php?40072-Crashes-his-Supercub-in-the-forest-and-walks-away), but is still registered, so it may have been repaired. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Flight Replicas.

This folder contains a repaint for the Curtiss C-46 Commando by Just Flight, in the colors of Curtiss C-46 LX-LAA of Luxembourg Airlines, 1955. Originally C-46F-1-CU 44-78599 of the USAAF, LX-LAA flew with Claire Chennault, Civil Air Transport, Flying Tiger Line and Slick Airways before coming to Luxembourg in 1955. It was written off in 1958, after a landing gear collapsed at Stuttgart during a training flight. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by JustFlight

During the Cold War the Western Allies built an airlift as answer of the Berlin Blockade to carry supplies to the Berliners. Near 70 years after you could fly from the airbases of the western Germany to Berlin. The flight plans are as precise as possible in the three corridors and in the approaches of the four Berlin airports or hydrobase and western airbases or airports. You can used a lot of airplanes (Avro York, Short Sunderland, C47, C54, etc.) found in this library. Enjoy your flight.
