Convair CV-240-14, cn 129, completed on January 01, 1949. Delivered to CATC on February 28, 1949 and bought by Civil Air Transport Inc. on December 19, 1949, registered N8303C. In December 1952 transferred to CAT SA, Panama. On June 3, 1955 bought by Mohawk Airlines and named "Airchief Seneca". On September 1956 re-registered N1016C. Bought by General Dynamics Corp. on January 28, 1960 and registered N1016G. On July 21, 1960 bought by Air Carrier Service Corp., sold to Japan Domestic Airlines on April 15, 1964. On April 30, 1966 bought by Universal Trading Corp, on April 28, 1966 returned to General Dynamics Corp. with registration N24029. Finally bought by Houston Aviation Products Corp. on February 12, 1968 and scrapped in May 1969 at Houston, TX.

FS2004 Central Airlines Convair CV-240 VBF CA-18, Convair CV-240-0, cn 74, completed on June 10, 1948 and delivered to American Airlines on June 19, 1948, registered NC94237 and named "Flagship Akron", later renamed "Flagship Lake Ontario". Bought by Central Airlines on December 15, 1960 and reregistered N74850. Converted by General Dynamics to CV-600 on July 29, 1966 and sold to Frontier Airlines on October 01, 1967. Chautauqua operates a few Embraer 145 aircraft for Frontier Airlines. Both Chautauqua and Frontier are subsidiaries of Republic Airways Holdings. A handful of ERJ145 are actually painted in the full Frontier livery. This package contains two versions, N270SK and N271SK, with two different animal images on the tail. Painted on the great Project Opensky model. Enjoy!

File Description:
The Convair with cn 52-24, build as a Convair T-29D (240-52), entered the US Air Force in 1954. She later was converted to VT-29D standards and assigned to the Strategic Air Command where she got the typical blue band covered with white stars and SAC insignia on the rear fuselage. In January 1975 she was stored at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. On November 23, 1977 the aircraft was bought by Allied Aircraft Sales and broken up. This is addon scenery for the KLAS Janet Terminal in FSX. The scenery includes five gate and three ramp parking spots for the Janet planes and the taxiways. It adds gate parking spots 110-114 and ramp parking spots 115-117. Spots 110-114 are best for the 737 type Janet planes. Spots 115-117 are best for the smaller Janet planes. The spots accomodate JAN, WWW and JNT parking codes. There is even a waving American flag by the terminal although the Government does not want the terminal and area to be identified as U.S. Government property.
